The simple answer is marry your wife on paper at the district office. If you inform the district office that you have a child together and you wish to legitimise him then they will take care of it at the same time. Once this is done you and your wife will have joint custody of the child, and should your wife pass then you would automatically continue with full parental control.

For your own security, If there is a written contract of hire then ideally this would be in the driver's name. If there is any kind of accident, even an accident where your vehicle is not at fault, you do not want to be formally involved if you are not the driver of the vehicle. You just want to be the customer who is having some furniture moved.
