    Don't you know that Thais won't walk more than 10 yards. If they can't park next to the beach they won't come.

    Can be difficult to prove who caused the accident unless there is clear CCTV footage. A similar thing happened to me, a bike collided with me head on, but who was in the wrong? Luckily only minor injuries.

    I fancied using this service until i totalled up the cost of a return trip with a car, 2 passengers and a basic cabin, 30,000 baht !

    Maybe it's because the main currencies are running massive deficits and printing trillions of funny money.

    I have tried many electric shavers over the years and none give a decent shave, and even that deteriorates over time. I use Bic 3 blade wet shaves now, great shave, quick and cheap.

    Just transfer from your UK bank to your thai bank (in Sterling). There will be a single transfer fee maybe 30 Pounds. Then get your thai bank to convert to baht and issue with the form confirming the receipt from overseas.

    That's interesting. Was she checking the same Agoda site, but in Thai? I would be surprised if Agoda quotes different rates depending on which language is used. I often find, using English only, that i get different rates using my mobile as opposed to using their web site on my PC.

    Also the Cove Pub on Thappraya Road next to the Hanuman Statue Jomtien. On Wednesday it's 100 baht a pint but i didn't like it, strange fruity flavours !!

    Like the restaaurants here in Pattaya. They have trouble getting staff because they pay <deleted> wages.
