    So the new rule is unvaccinated must be tested on arrival. What is classed as vaccinated, 2,3,4 shots, including Sinovac ? What happens if you test positive? Do you need quarantine for 2,3,4, weeks in a hospital?

    I bought a white abs version in September, in Pattaya. Cost 72,000 plus 2750 on the road. Just got the green book now. Lucky number 1600.

    What about Pattaya ? How many farangs are shot in Pattaya each year, maybe 2. I feel much safer here than i would in the UK, or Udon Thani.

    He seems to pronounce it correctly Patt..aya. Most Youtubers can't and say Pa...ttaya.

    They must be optimistic with all the new condo developments being built, like the Copacabana in Jomtien 1,600 units, the Grande Solaire near Pratamnack 2,000 units, all expensive per sqm.

    No mention of Makro, i use it monthly. 1. Friendship 2. Makro 3. Foodmart (as it's close to me) Use Big C Extra too, the only place to get thick sliced bread but their meat section is expensive now.

    Go home to England with temps at -5 C, 10,000 baht monthly electricity bills, beer 200 baht a pint and apartment rents 40,000 a month. No women under 60. No thanks.

    The Maldives condo near Jomtien. The longest part must be 100 + metres.

    There were massive queues in the UK over the past week with Tesla owners waiting 3 hours + to get access to a charger on the motorway network. No thanks.

    My tgf used to rent a very nice ground floor apartment near here for 4000 baht a month. Why would any one want to buy a condo in these terrible skid row places.

    Agreed. I keep suggesting an Indian holiday to my tgf but she doesn't want to go, too dirty.

    That's what i don't understand. Why would you bribe a Park chief, to get the best picnic spot?

    Not really, i stay in Jomtien and in 15 years have never waited more than 5-10 minutes for a baht bus (except Christmas Eve and New Years Eve).

    I have always bought Ayam but have noticed recently much more thin juice in the can, instead of beans. Shrinkflation?
