After the TM30 kerfuffle ~ four years ago, Immigration officials stated that you do not have to refile a TM30 if you are returning to your "permanent" address of record as so stated in a previous TM30, or in other records filed as part of your status/permission to stay. Based on recent experiences at CW (Bangkok) I can state that my TM30 (from 2/17/20 - Int'l return, and after another international return and several domestic hotel stays) remains valid and acceptable for Imm/CW (TM7, TM8, TM47, Certificate of Residence). As with all things here, YMMV.

Using the new site, and after you have filed/saved/uploaded a TM30 for an individual, how do you locate that record in order to print, let's say, a screen grab? With the "old" system you could search for an existing record by date, then do a screen grab and print. Bathrooms, sports and children. Yeah, I don't get the predilection you lot have with bathrooms. I mean you live here right. Many transgender people using bathrooms of their preferred sex. Everyone seems fine. Society has not collapsed. If not, we can build special bathrooms. I mean we did it when we had separate bathrooms for Black citizens. We built handicapped bathrooms, which are primarily for all sexes. Bathroom technology is just not all that challenging. Women's sports? Is that really a big issue? Most sports governing bodies seem capable of coping with this insignificant challenge. I'm old enough to remember Dr. Renee Richards, the world didn't end then. Children? Parents, and doctors can care for the children. Local school boards can deal with the education curriculum. Folks like you can stay away from our children.
