And she is at least 14. The Respect for Marriage Act does not require that States issue Marriage Licenses, only that they honor them if issued in other States. The whole Solemnizing thing is confusing as that is done by a recognized religious official. Evidently though, now any state/local official in Tennessee can still deny a marriage license if they don't like the "look" of either person. Not sure how big a deal this is really? I mean which couple is going to want to force a religious official to marry them? I would assume there will not be a problem finding someone to solemnize the marriage. Getting a Marriage License might be hit or miss though. Marriage - As introduced, states that a person is not required to solemnize a marriage if the person has an objection to solemnizing the marriage based on the person's conscience or religious beliefs. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 29 and Title 36. https://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/BillInfo/Default.aspx?BillNumber=HB0878 It is interesting that interracial marriage, among a biological male and a biological female of different colors could be objected to on "religious grounds"? But then slavery was defended on "religious grounds" so who knows. We're becoming more of a Religious Theocracy every day. Who says Iran is a bad example?

Michael Knowles Says Transgenderism Must Be ‘Eradicated’ at CPAC
bamnutsak replied to onthedarkside's topic in World News
Michael Knowlesism should be eradicated. The Daily Wire is such a dumpster fire. Mr. Knowles is going to great lengths to, somewhat ineffectually, defend his "statements". The extreme right seems to be looking for another hill to defend, after having lost on marriage equality and gay rights. Who will they go after next? Why not just treat people equally and with respect, and allow everyone to seek out their own happiness? -
Some steps to take before invading Mexico... Strongly suggest countries not manufacture and supply precursors. Target precursor manufacturers and shippers with sanctions. Work with Mexican authorities to target the import of precursors into Mexico Work with Mexican authorities to target the Jalisco and Sinoloa cartels' Fentanyl production facilities. Pass S.4460. https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/senate-bill/4460 It is important to remember that ~ 99% of illegal drugs smuggled from Mexico into the U.S. are consumed by United States citizens. Working to reduce "demand" should be, at the very least, as important as threatening Mexico? Lindsey Graham is a showboat.

Tucker Carlson said he hates Trump 'passionately', lawsuit reveals
bamnutsak replied to Scott's topic in World News
From the OP-linked article... Mr Carlson, the top-rated host on the conservative network, also appeared to denigrate the Trump presidency in these private messages, despite lauding his achievements on air. "That's the last four years. We're all pretending we've got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it's been is too tough to digest. But come on. There isn't really an upside to Trump." Oof. It is good to see the real, unvarnished "truth". I assume all of these Fox employees thought that their communications would remain private. One assumes they are using one of the automatic self-destructing messaging apps now. -

There is no way Cannabis normalization is a top 5 or even top 10 issue. I can understand why some would want it to be, as it deflects from the many, many other more important issues. This is about peeling away BJT from any coalition after the "election". Their constituent MPs may not be required for the PPP/UNP "government" in waiting. The chances that Cannabis remains normalized after an election, and formation of a cabinet, have dropped significantly since 9 June 2022. Approaching zero. Yes, some sort of medical cannabis market may survive, but that will be very low potentcy, and TIGHTLY controlled. I don't think foreginers will be able to access it. Many of the foreign-focused "media", who seem to be anti-cannabis, will be lamenting this as well, no more click-baity articles.

Michael Knowles Says Transgenderism Must Be ‘Eradicated’ at CPAC
bamnutsak replied to onthedarkside's topic in World News
Sounds like one of the "Hitler did some good things" advocates. He definitely won the race to the bottom on the transphobia scale. The Ultra-MAGA Right Wing Republicans are so far out over their skis on trans issues it's mind-boggling. Is there anyone left to go after? Or will they circle back on black, brown, yellow, red, Immigrant peoples? Children killed or injured at Drag-Show Story Hour: 0 Children killed or injured by guns: 6,023 Year: 2022 https://abcnews.go.com/US/6000-children-killed-hurt-gunfire-2022-report/story?id=95833392 But it's all about "protecting the children". I'm begining to think drag-show performers should carry firearms and claim that their rights cannot be infringed upon. -
OK, even at 20% (1/5) you're still looking at a ~ 31.5 mg dose which can be quite heavy. For a Sativa-dominant strain that might not be the best nightcap? If it's Indica dominant then should be fine. (assumptions: 22.5% THC, 70% yield on extraction) That flower (a bit hard to tell given the yellow camera effect or background, and no size camparison) looks good, certainly not the best I've ever seen but for anything less than 300/gram (on an eighth) is a far, far better option than 2% THC ditch weed at 5 baht/gram. So at 160, assuming it's been cured, it is perhaps the "best" price/performance I've seen as posted here anyway.

That cannabis looks very good IMO. But consuming one gram is a lot. Most full-sized pre-rolls are 1 gram. If I smoke (a quarter cone, ~ 0.20 - 0.25 grams by weight) or dry vape the same I'm pretty lit. I couldn't handle 1 gram in one session. Maybe save some of your butter for another day? Or does it somehow lose potentcy or otherwsie degrade if you store it? Edibles are AWESOME, especially for those who cannot, or choose not to, smoke. The problem is dosage, and waiting time. For most mass-marketed edibles the dosage is quantified on the label, so you can rely on that going forward. When you make your own, from cannabis of unknown origin with a unknown extraction %, it's hard to hone in a reliable dosage other than experimenting on yourself. Figure one gram might yield ~ 200 mg of THC, and that's a MACRO-dose for edibles.

Who knows? Certainly not 4K. And it is a bit of a shared service. Everyone in the building is sharing the fiber link, which may or may not be robust enough for every application. It should be good enough for all but the most demanding applications. I'd recommend talking to neighbors, find out what they use, and what they like or don't like.
-
Yeah, some buildings have fiber to the curb (basement) and then they use exisitng copper in the riser to deliver lower-speed broadband via VDSL. So this serrvice (from AIS) can literally be turned on in one day. You just need the VDSL modem. https://www.ais.th/fibre/nocontract/en/

There have been many reviews of these bundled alternative streaming services here. Some have gotten good reviews. Search for IPTV. Google: IPTV site:aseannow.com https://aseannow.com/topic/1275089-iptv/

I'm confused. What do you want to do? Subscribe and pay the monthly fee for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, HBO Go, Disney Hotstar...? If this, then most new TVs can run all of these apps. as Android TV apps or proprietary OS (Tizen for example) Or you can use an attached device: Android box, Firestick, Chromecast. I run everything ( Netflix, Amazon Prime, NFL GamePass International, HBO Go, Disney Hotstar) off my Chromecast, exccept for Apple TV+ - there is no Android TV version of their app, fortunately my TV (Samsung) has the Apple TV+ app "natively". Or do you want some Android box with a service offering "thousands of channels" for a fee?

Apartment WiFi (Siri and Google Chromecast)
bamnutsak replied to Finlaco's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Do you have a notebook? Windows 10? If so you can make that into a hotspot by connecting it to your new room's wifi, then you can conenct other WiFi devices to your notebook's hotspot. You'll have to sort out the 2.4 GHz/5 GHz "issues". Turn your Windows 10 PC into a mobile hotspot by sharing your Internet connection with other devices over Wi-Fi. You can share a Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular data connection. If your PC has a cellular data connection and you share it, it will use data from your data plan. Select Start , then select Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile hotspot. For Share my Internet connection from, choose the Internet connection you want to share. If desired, select Edit > enter a new network name and password > Save. Turn on Share my Internet connection with other devices. To connect on the other device, go to the Wi-Fi settings on that device, find your network name, select it, enter the password, and then connect. I think you can connect up to eight devices. Not sure about performance though. What is the make/model of your WiFi router? It can likely be confgiured into WiFi Extender mode. If so, it can conenct to your current and future new rooms, via wifi and share that network to other devices. -
Draft Prostitution Law To Set Voluntary Service At Minimum 20 Years
bamnutsak replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
https://www.ilo.org/dyn/natlex/docs/WEBTEXT/46403/65063/E96THA01.htm Lax (non?) enforcement is said to fall on one single phrase, "...in a promiscuous manner...". "Promiscuous" being open to interpretation by the "authorities". Section five is also used for non-enforcement... "...in an open and shameless manner or causes nuisance to the public...". So as long as you're not "shameless" or causing a nuisance you're good to go. -

I tried some Ya Dong recently, it was "traditional" but poured at a bar. I found it to be interesting, definitely medicinal, hence the "ya". Clear, medium brown, smooth (amazingly), "herbal" finish. I didn't recognize any of the herbs. I don't think it's inherently unhealthy. I only had two shots, no noticeable hangover. I can't imagine the hangover is any worse or better than lao khao? I think every "blender" has their own recipe re: lao khao + "herbs and spices". (Albizia myriophylla Benth.) https://aseannow.com/topic/31336-herbal-whiskey-yaa-dong-herbs/
