Many were complaining that the sign saying M-Flow registered vehicles only were excessive, since you have 7 days to pay before the fine applies....

so the system does have a way of checking where you filed your latest TM-30 from, or they have someone looks through all the online submission, cause I don't see how they can handle all the spelling variations.
the fact that a few hotel stays and new TM 30 submission could cause problem is contradictory to the edict that one submission once you moved in is enough

The websites relating to AIS DTAC Truemove simply dont have listed these fabulous 200 baht deals at insane speeds that some claim to exist
they don't, those sims are sold as a package with a phone to dealers only, never from the official shops and shops just sold the phones separately,
or that's what used to be how they came about, due to the amount of them I think the mobile network companies just make these sims and sell them to these dealer directly now

If it comes to that, can your connections afford her a "dek inter" nepo baby jobs at multinationals in Thailand, those cushy jobs require minimal Thai skills
otherwise the better option is with access to your home country's passport, get university education there and a job with multinationals whilst there, and work her way way towards Thailand where her Thai language will be an asset over other executives they send to Thailand

lowering the permanent residence income threshold would be a start, the 80,000 a month is impossible to meet for most neighboring countries worker who have family and kids here, if they are on a path to citizenship they are contributing to social security and tax to support the ageing thai population

as for the bike choice, if it must be 4-cylinder
4 cylinder Honda 650 is pretty good value, considering what you got compared to the 750 twin 'replacement' although the reputation for the thai Honda 650 rider is a bit yobbish with availability of custom parts and farkled to match- somewhat mitigated if you buy the naked CB650 instead of the faired CBR650
the Kawasaki 250 and 400 4 cylinder probably considered a supersport the bigger 650 are all twin
There's also the naked Z900 that's 4 cylinder

I used to have good experience with Kawasaki, but looks like the Kawasaki Thailand company is stopping service from their headquarter, making customers go to dealers instead, you used to be able to go to the headquarter on Rama 9 rd, and get whatever parts from the parts department, then they moved their office to Petchburi Rd, still have showroom and service dept, but now they've closed the service department, I'd wait and see how committed they are to continuing business in Thailand before recommending Maybe the dealers aren't happy that corporate is taking their customers but in my experience, dealers own service tech aren't as good as corporate trained ones unless they're kept on a tight leash. Good techs open their own garages.
Honda Big Wings are mostly run by dealers too, only the Raminthra one is Honda corporate, haven't bought anything from Honda recently but I have got better deals from other BigWing like Rama 3 than the corporate run one on Raminthra, you can buy from other dealer and go to the corporate one for service of course, but being where you bought your bike from helps in getting appointment and smooth things over with warranty claims somewhat

with the submarine tender already delivered and submarine dock already built and deep channels dredged for sub operation at the base, they'd probably put in a requisition to buy the subs later, with the updated spec to chinese engine

So how is it possible that in like 100 years of commercial flights passengers haven't being weighted and I haven't heard of a single airplane crash in which the cause was a bad weight distribution?
there's been a few crash due to bad weigh distribution, biggest one recently was 747 that took off from Kabul and crash due to bad weight distribution in 2013

...Standard passenger weights used to be 77Kg ...
So how would they know if this has increased in decades since then without weighing passengers?

How does weighing passengers and their luggage enhance service efficiency? Sounds like gobbledegook for 'make more money'. e.g. Anyone over 65kgs must pay X-amount per kg.
Or does it mean, seat all the fatties at the back, and load the back end trollies with more food than the front ones?
It's not like the airlines didn't bring a lot of this on themselves. They discouraged passengers from checked in luggage to save money. Now said passenger are taking everything but the kitchen sink onboard with them.
if they can truly distribute the weight evenly, the aircraft won't be out of trim by too much and use less fuel, even if that's the case will they pass on the cost savings to passengers? doubt it. so instead of randomly assigned seats, passengers could be distributed according to weight, if you don't like that - pay more but that would require weighing before check in,

halfway from Central Rd to Soi big 7-11 (Lengkee?) seem ideal, after that towards South Rd the side sois are too long to walk, which you will need to if you want to catch baht bus going other way on 2nd or 3rd road

If you went and ask if they provide service to IoM they'd probably be confused and say no if they try to look it up on their system, just tell them it's to the UK

they sure as hell don't have the coordinate of all known address on file

It is online too now, so your number will be there. I used my number to make appointments for COVID vaccinations.
in order to login to their system online you need the 13 digits number....
the employer will be given a printout of new employee they put into the system, so if they don't tell you that you won't know what your 13 digit ID is

a lot of chatter that Honda is delaying the introduction of the E-NS1 (EV HRV) while many were seen testing on Thai roads,
looking at Honda's ICE lineup from existing HRV hybrid to the CRV, not much room to slot in what is probably gonna be more expensive than the top-end HRV and still be competitive price wise with all the Chinese in the market

WIth the National Anthem at 8am and 6 pm Lumpini Park even runners freeze in their track... which if they've been doing some heavy workout can't be good without proper cooldown.
People on the road near school or government place that might have heard the anthem, less soOut in the province this would depends though, I wouldn't want to be be caught out being the only guy not standing

you have to have worked for 12 months to continue payment under section 39 scheme
and be mindful of the lag employer might have in staring enrolling you into the social security system

they have no way of knowing when you actually moved in, say, if you tell them you moved in on the 30th you are not 'late'
unless you need the evidence of filing for an extension,

In Thailand often slowness kills. As a bike you block the lane. First thing they teach you. Second thing they teach you is to always keep a safety bubble. Bikers know what that means.
there are other cars and trucks in front of the bike, there is no speed to be gained and traffic was moving downhill in orderly fashion until the idiot pickup thinks bikes are in his way and overtake when there's clearly no room

Heads up easy pass......... m pass
in Thailand Motor Discussion
Posted
all system is moving towards M-Flow, equipment for M flow are being installed in the Bangkok expressways,
Hwy 7 to Pattaya is next
M Pass is practically defunct, you can't get a new one
For the first year and a half when the M-Pass was started, you had to have both easy-pass and m pass as they can't talk to each other
Donmueang Tollway used to be their own thing and cash only but now has accepted Easy/M pass as well as contactless at the booths
If you're mad that there's so many separate systems of payment for the toll roads, wait till you use the metro trains and bus these days
