Any airline that doesn't have a phone number, email address or a real customer service people to help you when you have

an issue and only a BOT to address your queries, is an airline i will never fly again with no matter how cheap they're and

    AirAsia is one of them...

problem is that most of the Thai domestic airlines currently operating are worse, in terms of punctuality and not cancelling flights, if your destination is not served by Bangkok Airways, AirAsia is the choice over other airlines

  2. I think the CCS conector has MAC address like a computer, so it probably uses that to identify your vehicle

some recent report in thai EV facebook groups about PEA auto charging malfunctioning and people have their account showing charging in ocations where they couldn't have and being deducted, might better keep an eye on charge history if you have autocharge turned on

Any such campaign, independent of the subject, should be illegal.

We have more than enough traffic in Bangkok, we really don't need a 100-vehicle Tuk Tuk campaign!

you think they got extra tuk-tuks just to run around showing ads?

what do you think is more plausible? just putting ads on existing tuk-tuks or procuring entirely new vehicles just to run the ads and clog up your street inconveniencing you

It is a ridiculous assertion that boarding passes can be faked. Maybe the one you print at home on A4 or letter size.

Normal one on thermal paper or on that airline card stock? Then how do the fakirs get on the plane when the barcode does not match an open seat

Tell that to the Airport Authority of Thailand for domestic flight who wouldn't accept boarding pass 'captured' as a picture on screen in phones less it could be faked but prefer printed passes

  5. The Givi distributor in Thailand got most of their boxes from the Malaysian factories, usually the smaller models, those will be cheaper than Europe.

The bigger European models like the V58 I've seen in Thai shops at around 30-35,000 which seem in line with prices on Lazada and Shopee, these importers/distributor ship them in on container so their cost is likely lower than yours, they probably have lots of markup due to being a big ticket item that wouldn't sell as often, but are you willing to gamble you can bring it in by having shops in Europe send it and pray you won't get taxed to hell?

Remember, the tax+Vat is calculated after the cost of the freight/courier service, so if they ship it to you using expensive company that'll be reflected in the final price

For accurate price there's importer like https://thai.webike.net/ that knows how much customs take and will have price that reflect that and their cut, they don't have the exact model but you can compare with other parts or models to the European based shop and see how much you could be expected to pay

  6. The 'Thai' restaurant that call themselves 'Thai Restaurant' or have Thai in their name that serve the typical Thai Food would probably be targeting the tourist

Most Thai restaurant goer don't care for the word "Thai" in a restaurant, they'll be looking for cuisine specific like north-eastern, seafood or big garden venue with live music

  7. it's called a 'bonded' credit card, you open an account with the amount and the bank will blocked off the amount, only paying back interest.  you have to make payment on the credit you use and interest if you don't pay back in full - essentially borrowing against your own money

good question is that can you use this deposit to show immigration to satisfy your retirement/marriage extension say if you put the required 4/800,000 in an account and have bonded credit card for that account, you can then spend the amount that otherwise be sitting untouched

The MRT is at bursting point and unless a solution is found soon for the overcrowding there is going to be a catastrophe in my opinion.

The criteria for expansion of number of trains per car for the MRT was set only to happen after the passenger density has reached 8 person/ square meters, which in most crowd control manual is well past crowd crush situation

Virtually every article published these days says the same thing, and yet I can only see 10 lines, no matter how hard I count (even using my toes). Where are these two invisible train lines? (Non-operating lines such as the eastern Orange Line certainly shouldn't count.) Does @Crossy know what they're referring to?

    1 - Light Green

    2 - Dark Green

    3 - Blue

    4 - Purple

    5 - Gold

    6 - Pink

    7 - Yellow

    8 - Light Red

    9 - Dark Red

    10 - ARL

    11 - ?

    12 - ?

12 would need to include the Orange which is built but without no rolling stock of signaling equipment until the west extension is built

and maybe the grey line which is not even open to tender yet
