  1. Home pro must have 10 different brands.
  2. I see them now offering Iranians free one year Visas. They really seem to love Iran people here.
  3. Yes, everywhere in the world. Add, the even louder phone calls people yelling into their phones at a coffee shop, restaurant, wherever. Could careless about anyone.
  4. Lots of good coffee around. I agree about 7-11. I enjoy going out for a coffee in the afternoon. People watching at Amazon next to the Soi Bukhao market is interesting. But, in reality even at 30 b it is way over priced compared to making at home. I can buy Bon Cafe or some others on sale for around 150 b. I can get about 25 cups out of a bag. So, the price per cup is approx. 6 b. I know the owner of a popular restaurant in Central Pattaya he said he encourages people to come in for a cup. As, he makes more off a cup of coffee then most entrees.
  5. It will probably just get much worse. Wait for 5 years from now they will colonize the place and own just about everything.

    Hotel Bangkok

    Le Meridien Silom.
  7. Udon from my experience. Many are not tainted yet with Pattaya attitudes.
  8. Most probably not. Weak, woke and twisted thinking. Probably from "neutral" countries yet all they do is scream for help when there is a problem.
  9. The guy behind him in the darker color uniform. Had an eye exam recently? 😀
  10. Dr. Varichaporn is good, but not a surgeon. She will do checks and biopsies, but not surgery. Another place mentioned on here told me not to worry about a basil cell on my nose. I got it rechecked in my home country and surgery to remove it. The Doctor there said it was fairly wide spread and was growing into my nose and it was good I had it removed. Also, on MOHS the Institute of Dermatology in Bangkok will do MOHS. The price is very low. But, they are mostly rookies in training so buyer beware.
  11. The OP said she is a signatory on the account. He did not say it is a joint account. A Signatory has limited access to the account management while the account holder is alive, not the same as a joint holder. To be clear, a Signatory cannot withdraw money after the main account holder dies. It is illegal and like I mentioned before, she could be prosecuted for theft. He needs some documentation provided to the bank as to where he wants the money to go when he dies.
  12. Go. And as he gets on the plane they should have the Doctor there to kick him in the rear as he boards the plane.
  13. If she transfers the money to her account she could be accused of theft. Draw up a Will and provide a copy to the main branch where you opened the account.
  14. Where are the accessible toilets that were promised a few years back? Oh, I forgot just walk into the ocean, pull down your shorts and take a big dump.
  15. They certainly don't seem to know much about current events or world history.
  16. Hope it is better then the last place. Terrible low stock meat department, limited fresh vegetables and frozen offerings. Was my last choice of the western type markets.
  17. This heat creates a lot of sweat. When you sweat heavily you lose electrolytes. Has nothing to do with working out. Drinking an electrolytes drink ( powder is fine) is best.
  18. In the past 6 weeks I have stayed at various Marriotts and Hilton. Never once showed my passport, just Thai DL. Same on boarding domestic flights.
  19. Be like everyone else. Shoot them down, start a war, then ask the west for money and weapons.
  20. They are shutting off water and sending trucks with water to people? The situation is probably much worse then it seems. But, I am surprised this is not a wider problem as water is wasted here, and rain in many areas has been negligible. Hope they figure it out.
