Long been known it is the yoke full of cholesterol. I would think having 3 or 4 full eggs including yoke everuday is not the best. Add, eating out they can be full of oil. I usually mix half. If 2 eggs just one yoke the other white only. Also, some studies do say cholesterol is good and having it higher is not a problem. A test one can get which I recently had is a CAC, Coronary Artery Calcium. It is a CT scan to see the plaque in arteries. Mine was fortunately zero although my cholesterol is 215. The Doctor said zero is fantastic for my age and told me to just keep doing what I do.
