National insurance is a percentage of wages, so every time wages increase NI increases in proportion.

Because BBc and ABC have become infected with the woke culture. Nearly every tv series depicts mixed marriages between black and white , asian and black or some such combination. They show every top cop is a woman, every lowly cop is male. They show large numbers of Asian, or coloured people in the police force probably many more than are actually there and they show many more gays than there are on average. This leads to a backlash because people start to believe that these populations are lager than they actually are. There was a surey in America where people were asked what percentage of the population were black. They came up with an average of 50% rather than the real lower figures. For example Midsomer Murders, a police drama in the UK. was taken to task because it did not have a representative number of minorities shown. The result was much larger numbers of 'minorities' being represented. The problem was that the area being depicted in the show,in actuality, did not have a large number of these minorities and so the impression given was a lie.

Are there actually any public toilets in Pattaya? I see toilets by bars that are privately owned and most charge an entrance fee. The toilets beside immigration appear to be privately owned and charge a fee. Friendship have toilets that are free but not "public". Malls have toilets but not "public". So once again can anyone tell me if there are public toilets, run and maintained by the local authorities. Personally I,partly, rate premises on the cleanliness and niceness of their lavatories Pattaya does not come high on this list

South Pattaya road has signs both sides, around the Tukcom/market area that show odd and even day parking. They have been there for some time and ignored. Red/white lines clearly marked on the new pavement edge and ignored. Signs on the pavement outside the Kasikorn bank and up to Friendship showing no parking and motorcycles line the pavement.
