Today i got the 28 panels up. Quite hot weather for this type work..I had a family team helping me, the mounting it self was done today. Pink

Im not sure Im so worried. I just shared my solution for grounding my diy solar rails, then hopefully it will be a ok grounding. Instead of connect all the rails together, i guess the roofing and steel work already connect them. Pink

Im mounting panels on a metal roof who is build on a steel construction In top of blocks and cement poles, with DIY solar rails of steel. I then got the idea to connect the steel roof or the garage steel construction to a Ground rod, will that work? Pink

I have re read inverter manual to see if i missed any info but i cant find any details there on bust routine for on and off. So if i understood correct: Pre-charge On battery breaker On mains breaker On solar breaker(s) Turn ON inverter For close : Off inverter first, then reverse order listed? There IS some progress here and more updates and photos will come soon in the solar project tread. Pink

"Close" = "ON", "Open" = "OFF" : I would never guessed it. thanks for clarification. Do you have some good routines or rules for order to On ( i almost write OPEN) and off all: solar power, Battery breakers, bms, inverters. My guess would be connect solar power, power on BMS, precharge and On batteries, then On inverters. Pink

Led was good idea, what led to use? Can you explain close the breaker. Not precharge and open breaker to connect battery to inverter? Pink

Pink My main is is to place button and resistor on both breakers/wires going to Inverters, then I just thinking that by pressing one button will recharge both inverters right since they are paralleled before the breaker? (Its no problem it that, just want to be sure how its working) Pink

I have buy parts and prepare to set up Push Button Pre-Charger On my 2 Inverters With Parallel Battery. The batteries are parallel connected between breaker and inverter. So i asking my self if enable the ONE pre charger if it will precharge both? Here is a plan i found ( my data is different from the example img) But i plan to connect it same way. Pink

Ok, i will re wire all and also be sure use 3 pole connectors so all connect correctly. Update will come later Pink

Tested it now after change the wiring with no changes. My testing is with 2 pole connector so how it connect N to what house power wire is random.

Today im testing out the ATS before prepare to mount it up. I connected 2 wires to house grid power as 2 power sources and outpower to a light. All working when turn switch myself but there is no auto switch happening. When i remove the active power source it just close the light. Any ideas whats wrong? Auto/manual option is set to auto. Whole order was USD 4051 for 32 batteries and 2 x bms ($206) included delivery ($485) and custom etc. Pink

Here is a short update: I tested some batteries, all had same voltage as printed on the batteries: 3.28V. In photo is also the nuts and busbars who come with the batteries Pink

I easier to trust in a company who already have their name out there and who will have some efford to protect their reputation. Pink
