The bad actors in Thailand’s cannabis industry
RandolphGB replied to george's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
Her view seems to be that Thais legally dealing cannabis is OK. But foreigners doing the same thing is bad. All that education and appearances in so 'many news media' and she's still a pretentious xenophobic simpleton.- 175 replies

Pattaya Police Scan Soi Six to Prevent Underage Workers

Isn't it strange they didn't report on the raid on Soi 6's Flirt Bar, owned by Night Wish Group, the night before in which the British manager and a Thai woman were arrested on suspicion of people trafficking. https://www.nationtv.tv/news/region/378910764 -
My 90 day report is a few days late and I’m leaving the country during the seven day ‘grace period’. The leaving date is on day 96. Will this still incur a fine? The immigration website says that ‘If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case.’ So according to the above, the 90 day report lateness won’t rack up even more late days when I return. Is that also right?

This is incorrect. The notification email from online 90 day reporting has now arrived and the online application was not approved. There are mentions online of a seven day grace period. Does this include leaving the country during the seven day period after 90 days. The 90 day reporting clock restarts when someone re-enters the country. So, For example , could someone leave on day 96, within the seven day grace period, and then have the clock reset when returning. would those six late days be liable for a fine?

The British boiler room boys who've poured millions into those tacky neon-lit shops across the country won't be happy when the drug is criminalised again.
