  1. I think that if they want improvements on a large scale in Thailand they have to forget about doing it in house with the teachers they have, and go to remote teaching as done in Canada and Australia with qualified and charismatic teachers on line.  The local teachers can do test reviews and followup.  To get the interest and the receptivity required from the existing system won't happen.  Cheaper and more positive to do on line.

  2. Is good for the community and economy.  Men have an unlimited resource of women and clubs.

The young men involved probably stay home and live off of mother, now they have some money to

put into the economy.  The older ladies have a little TLC, and aren't uptight with the men that come home

drunk and with the smell of perfume and lipstick on their collar.  Everyone is happy and the parents

have more patience with the children.  I am sure if Trump put this on his platform could become a more

serious threat.  Dam the Evangelical Christians.

  3. It is kinda silly to defend the electrical in Bangkok. Gates said the same as a lot of informed people have said. The cost of fixing the electrical system in Bangkok would bankrupt Bangkok, and I guess just have to live with it for the time being.

What surprises me is the head people not initiating new standards in new projects. To purposely create this type of danger to the community is showing lack of accountability for their position.

  4. Good ideas, but who will monitor? Some should be put into community forest, some should be replanted, some should be left as is. Maybe a research project

for one of the Universities. This is a technical decision not a political one. Needs a twenty year plan not a gut feel decision by someone who doesn't have a clue.
