  1. To say a site can not be rehabilitated is a statement of ignorance. It is a matter of time and money. Getting the right expertise to advise of the proper methology is what is important.

First what are your goals. Sites go through a variety of steps to reach different levels in the ecosystem. It may go from desert to grassland to forest. Takes time and investment and

a scheduling of the right species at the right time, and someone who knows, what to do, and doesn't guess. There are many qualified universities around the world that would love to

take this on as a project, just need someone with some common sense to sort out the the ideas and proposals.

  2. There are a lot of smart kids in Thailand. A lot of the kids take education very seriously, and do very well when they move to another country. A lot of these kids start serious education a lot earlier than their western counterparts, and spend a more time in studies, and after school, weekend classes and tutoring. A lot depends on the parents of which a lot don't take education that seriously, as the opportunities are there. Creative learning is a much needed thing in Thailand as a lot of the learning is rote. What makes a smart kid, ability to create or knowledge? Asia has many of the same problems, and that parents attitude make a big difference.

  3. Unfortunately for some time the writing has been on the wall. Nobody is going to look after your future except you. If you want to have a secure

retirement you have to invest in retirement savings plans which are tax deductible, and for the average person doesn't take a lot of sacrifice.

The biggest problem is that it is best started when you are young, and want to buy the boy toys and keep up with the Jones's. One of the best

inheritances you can give to your children is to invest in a retirement saving plan, which can't be touched until they are in their sixties.
