  1. Reckless behaviour coming from a person in his position, regardless of his empathy..a simple request to an aide would have sufficed.
  2. methinks its a 'stolen identity' from someone at the station, but what would i know.
  3. Quasimodo out of Retirement..oh thats right, Bell-ringing is probably on the restricted list.
  4. Tell us more about this card please..when you're well. Speedy recovery.
  5. agreed...i think she will burn bright for a very short time
  6. Hmm!..Im talking sense and you're not..Rabies is no laughing matter, once you are confirmed POS you have a very slim chance of survival.
  7. looks to me ...he pushed the base if her chair with his right foot, making room for him to view the screen..he then slapped the back of her chair twice with his open hand. I don't believe he struck/touched her person at all.
  8. 1. Photo/video if possible of injury/scene/dog concerned. 2. Seek immediate medical attention including Rabies vaccine (3 shots). 3. Report to Police. (I think there was a recent Law amendment with a penalty up to 50,000THB). 4. Carry a dog deterrent. 5. Lobby local Council, as it appears you are. Good luck.
  9. i replied to you earlier..seems you have edited out most of it.
  10. it's illegal to kick any person...don't you know!
  11. well he is obligated to report the incident as well..maybe he has contravened a regulation by parking too close (which seems to be the root cause). At least the Police can then look at what each party is saying and decide on their action.
  12. In this case the driver (Walz) was stopped for exceeding the speed limit; he did not have an accident or damage property; nor did he kill any person. However he was charged and fined, and had his Driver's Licence suspended. He paid the price for his actions. However his staff publishing distortions of the truth is another matter.
  13. obviously your friend was not aware of any scratch on the parked car when she stopped..so this bike may or may not have scratched the parked car..obviously there is no photographic proof (unless your friends vehicles cam has it). Seems to me the bike rider so far has avoided any liability. I would be just making a statement to the Police to that effect and let the bike owner sort it out with the owner of the parked car (who obviously own a dairy). Request your friend not to be shamed into this. Good luck.
  14. ..he shoulda pumped up his tyre first.
  15. it reminds me of the several Thai street parades with all the entrants representing various corrupt Departments or Companies passing by waving and smiling to you.
  16. points taken..i was being melodramatic..i realise tyres of rubber compound would deflect a bullet..he should have proceeded by Summons seeing as it was not a serious matter, after all he had the license plate, description of the thief matching that of the driver, plus his body-cam footage. Wonderful thing hindsight.
  17. Grubb could easily have shot a tyre out..and before you start whining a member of the public could have been injured; a bullet could have easily deflected after hitting laminated glass.
  18. why hadn't they viewed he video evidence prior to Grubb being charged?
  19. i would love to see monkeys riding greyhounds again.
