Yes he does have more pressing things to do. He should be deep in sensible, logical and very urgent discussions about buying/getting urgent urgent delivery of massive numbers of vaccines.
Isn't Anutin supposed to be doing that in between having showers ??

Anutin said it will all be back to normal in 2 to 3 weeks, back in late April. However as you say only those with common sense said nothing.
He also said not to worry about covid, the wind will blow it away

Best beers in the world come from Belgium and we are fortunate in having some of them at Aroi Restaurant on the dark side. Draft hoegaarden a light wheat beer goes well with most foods.
Aroi has closed for good.

OK, to be fair.
Condominium swimming pools should be allowed to open without alcohol.
I bet they won't.
Beaches open to please the beach chair concessions.
Makes you want to drink, seeing the beautiful swimming pool with barrier tape on these ridiculous hot days
The beach concessions still have to pay their annual licence and monthly bills, even when shut.
Doubt they will be selling many drinks, as most Thais will bring their own.

If you think about it, online registration is really the only viable solution. The thought of thousands of foreigners queing up in-person to register on June 7 is insane!
The chaos and danger of infection with all those people in queue for hours on end is not a good solution and that's probably why official briefings have pretty much been silent about it during the past week.
I see this announcement as something positive, not something to be suspicious of.
Sounds like Jomtien Immigration office on a Monday????????

I'm not sure we'd make the trip from Bangkok for a weekend at the beach, unless hotel swimming pools are open.
Why not swim in the sea ??......... oh wait .....

I have only ever had it on draught in London. Nice pint, if anything it is a bit "over-beery", a bit rich. But just a bit.
What the hell he thinks is pretentious about traditional London ale I do not understand.
Timothy Taylor's isn't from London, best London beer is Fullers. (Used to be Youngs but they sold out)

Unfortunately you don't get much for your 69 baht - only 270 grams. They need to start selling naan bread too.
So not the same as in the picture ?

Its impossible to register for the Government Covid vaccine scheme, as an Expat in Pattaya.
So the Government told all foreigners to register for the Covid Vaccine on Saturday.
Can't register through the App as it won't accept my Pink ID details even though it accepts my Thai wife.
Phoned Pattaya City Hall they told me to register at Banglamung Hospital.
Phoned Banglamung Hospital, they said there is NO SYSTEM in place to register foreigners.
Maybe the Ambassador or his staff can phone the Chonburi Governor and ask what systems they have put in place to register foreign Expats in Pattaya, as per the Government's instructions, and when are they going to inform the Expat community about them?
All will be revealed on the 7th.

The don't have a system in place because they can't be bothered. Hospitals can register foreigners, especially if they ave medical records there. Do they think they will be flooded with thousands of foreigners climbing over eacher for a jab of sinovac?
My medical records are with my GP back home, have been for over 20 years.
So nobody here has any of my records-- which hospital do I register at ?

Thank you for your suggestion for more regular updates about vaccinations programme in Thailand. To ensure that you are as informed as possible, you can sign up for our vaccines bulletin.
More details in this post:
As others have reported, the reply is that this e-mail address is nothing to do with vaccines

I have just sent an email to the email address as stated above, but have received an automated reply stating that this email address is only for a few specified consular services only, not including anything about covid vaccination programme updates.
I received the same.

I tried to register in Pattaya on Monday at the local school, which is a registration office.
My Thai wife was able to register , although no definite date could be given.
I was told "cannot, only for Thais"
Quite honestly I really don't think I will even bother trying again. I am aged 63.
