  2. Not as easy as you can get it now with all the new unlicensed stalls and shops.................get it? No I don't why? However if they were licensed they would care a lot more about who they sell to, to avoid getting fined or the license revoked.. Yes another unlicensed avenue facebook and tik tok since 9th June. Illegally selling to teens. Good we agree on that then. I never said it was going to stop teens? It will make it harder as it should. Thats what laws are all about.
  3. then you didn't get my point at all, new unlicensed stalls dotted up everywhere gives far easier access,
  4. No, read my post again and see if you can work out what the point was, then get back to me if you want
  5. For medical use yes the majority agreed with legislation however 83.5 per cent said recreational use is wrong
  6. Yes: Where Pot Became Legal, Car Crash Deaths Rose: Study His team found that after marijuana legalization, the rate of car crashes with injuries increased by nearly 6%, while fatal crashes rose by 4%. No increase in these crashes was seen in states that hadn't legalized marijuana, the researchers noted. These results are consistent with prior studies https://www.usnews.com/news/health-news/articles/2022-07-19/where-pot-became-legal-car-crash-deaths-rose-study
  7. Great ask me a question and put me on ignore so you cant read it...................magic ???? True stoner
  8. Yea a bit of a bummer when you actually have to click and read all the information and details contained in the link..........????
  9. "Even observed two young girls buying a few joints, I estimated they were 16 years of age. They then went to one of the bars sat down, ordered some sodas and sparked up" There's one of the main worries with such easy access now to teens buying joints from unlicensed stalls that are dotted everywhere. Lets hope this mess somehow gets sorted out.
  10. Perhaps you missed the "etc" in his post as a lead that more were also included.
  11. Ukraine grain tycoon killed in Russian shelling of Mykolaiv Mykolaiv mayor Oleksandr Senkevych said it was probably the heaviest Russian bombardment of the city so far, there was damage to a hotel, a sports complex, two schools and a service station, as well as homes. The region's leader Vitaliy Kim said Mr Vadatursky's "contribution to the development of the agricultural and shipbuilding industry, the development of the region is invaluable". Mykhailo Podolyak said one of the missiles hit the businessman's bedroom, adding that this "leaves no doubt" it was being guided. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-62367356
  12. Unlikely: https://twitter.com/ICRC_ua/status/1553401834802388994
  13. Stats will be hard to come by if they don't check for for cannabis use after a crash, seeing as their are no laws yet then I doubt much checking is going on
  14. Who cares? They don't need a credit or debit card to buy it from one of the new online shops that have just been opened since 9th of June all they need is a bank account. A new avenue for them that's never been there before. This in addition now to all the other illegal methods.
  15. Alcohol already has laws regards driving, Thailand is still waiting for those laws on cannabis, is that not the point? The Land Transport Department (DLT) is pushing for a law that bans public transport drivers from using cannabis before driving. Cannabis intoxication will then likely be made illegal for all drivers on Thai roads. https://www.nationthailand.com/in-focus/40016102
  16. What are you talking about, they can get it delivered the same way they order anything else online, direct to their home same as with a computer game, clothing, toy or present. I know you were talking about credit cards that's why I mentioned it makes no difference as they can still get a debit card at 15 ???? whether I'm wrong on plenty of Thai's having credit cards who cares..........but that's not my experience, the ones I know in my 16 years of being here tend to have debit cards.
  17. "And as for buying on line there is a simple way of controlling that, just making it necessary to pay by credit card would solve that issue Its not actually that easy even as things stand at the moment, for example having ordered on line, does the child then remain absent from school, for days , whilst hanging round the front of the house all day, cash in hand , eagerly awaiting the arrival of the delivery man so they can receive and pay for their drugs" How many Thai's have credit cards? Debit yes but so do under 20's. You can get a debit card at 15. As it stands all it takes is to make a bank transfer, thats it. No need to take time off school.
  18. The links provided were not my comments......yes perspective indeed
  19. One step further would be that I flew a plane without reading the weather and understand the impact of various weather conditions and forecasts on the planes performance and planned flight. ooops You need both experience and theory.
  20. My experience of doctors in the UK has been very different.
  21. No I said I am not a user, I've had plenty of experience of being around cannabis users, in fact my son was a daily one once although now he's given up completely. Regarding cannabis I tried it...............once, knocked me out completely and couldn't drive home. Took me at least 30 mins to be able to put up the reclining seat in the car and get my girlfriend to drive...lol. Probably one of the reasons I am so concerned about the driving laws.
  22. Same reply: "Experience in any field helps but that does not stop one learning and being educated by credible research which can cover many aspects that a user would not know about" What makes you think I have no experience?
  23. What argument would that be that I have? I thought I already made that clear: "Experience in any field helps but that does not stop one learning and being educated by credible research which can cover many aspects that a user would not know about"
