  1. Wouldn't that depend if they're getting equal pay?
  2. Yep, QAnon Shaman did a plea bargain and got himself 41 months in prison, the rest has already been posted so why ask me? EDIT, good to see you believe the media now when it suits you
  3. About 518 people have pleaded guilty to federal crimes so far
  4. From an early age in childhood he was always fighting, he was dismissed for attacking his manager when he had a job at Tesco's, got probation for criminal damage after he smashed some parked cars following an argument with his girlfriend's father. Worked as a furniture remover, while regularly fighting on his nights out. He was in serious trouble with the authorities for the first time after crashing a stolen lorry into a car. He was apprehended in his parents' home, 90 miles from the scene of the incident. The driver of the car survived the collision, resulting in Bronson not facing serious penalty. More petty crimed followed. Bronson was convicted of armed robbery in 1974, aged twenty-two. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Bronson_(prisoner) He got hardened to more violent crime in prison and institutions, to claim he's never been a danger to society is stretching it.
  5. Full family statement in the article Family of cop who died after Jan 6. slams Fox News for claiming rioters had nothing to do with his death Among Carlson's core arguments was that an attack by rioters on Sicknick could not have played a role in his death as he appears to be walking around in good health in the footage. The claim contradicts the report of the coroner who established that Sicknick died of strokes the day after the riot, and that "all that transpired (on January 6) played a role in his condition." In a statement, Sicknick's family blasted Fox News, and said the footage showed he was able to valiantly "resume his duties" after being attacked by the mob. https://www.businessinsider.com/family-brian-sicknick-police-capital-riot-fox-news-tucker-carlson-2023-3
  6. Tucker also missed what Shaman Chansley said in court when he plead guilty. "I have no excuses whatsoever. My behaviour is indefensible"
  7. Indeed, he's the only reason twitter is so toxic. He's now deleted a lot of his tweets and apologized but damage done. https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1633253950198624257
  8. Bit more detail in the New York Times report: "U.S. officials said that they had no evidence President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine or his top lieutenants were involved in the operation, or that the perpetrators were acting at the direction of any Ukrainian government officials." Intelligence Suggests Pro-Ukrainian Group Sabotaged Pipelines, U.S. Officials Say https://archive.ph/Txmqs https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/07/us/politics/nord-stream-pipeline-sabotage-ukraine.html
  9. Tokyo Olympics: "Tokyo 2020 is hosting 18 mixed-gender events in archery, athletics, badminton, equestrian, judo, sailing, shooting, swimming, table tennis, tennis and triathlon. Additionally, four International Federations (IFs) have moved to gender-balanced events for the first time (canoe, rowing, shooting and weightlifting). With these events, Tokyo 2020 is demonstrating its commitment to innovation and to being the most gender-balanced Olympic Games in history." https://olympics.com/ioc/news/mixed-gender-events-a-sign-of-innovation-and-greater-gender-diversity-at-tokyo-2020
  10. That's not true, many sports women can compete on an equal footing, follow the link I posted earlier. In the Olympics for just one more example equestrian sports are mixed gender and Charlotte Dujardin won 3 golds in the Tokyo Olympics The point you keep repeating is one that I made in my first post: "where did I say they have equal footing in all sports?"
  11. Did you miss in my post. "where did I say they have equal footing in all sports?"
  12. From the OP link: "Guterres did not name other specific countries, but he stressed that “in many places, women’s sexual and reproductive rights are being rolled back [and] in some countries girls going to school risk kidnapping and assault”. Case in point just published: Five women denied abortion care in Texas sue state over bans The women were refused abortions despite carrying nonviable pregnancies that posed major risks to their health. Five women denied abortions in Texas, along with two doctors, have sued the state after they were refused abortion care despite suffering severe complications with their pregnancies. None of the plaintiffs’ fetuses had a chance of survival. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/mar/07/texas-abortion-women-lawsuit-ban
  13. You don't get much more top level in beating a man than running a 268-mile race, along the Pennine Way in Scotland in 83 hours and 12 minutes, breaking the record by 12 hours. And she was pumping breast milk for her baby all the while. The leading man finished in 98 hours. No more medals for women? Why is that, where did I say they have equal footing in all sports?
  14. For us at Stonewall, International Women's Day is an opportunity to hear from lesbians, bi women and trans people who have historically been silenced. When we use our voices to highlight these injustices, and in particular, when we do so alongside our trans siblings, we empower one another. Working together, we can celebrate all of our identities and tackle the discrimination that affects each of us. https://www.stonewall.org.uk/about-us/news/why-international-women’s-day-matters-lgbt-people Forging gender equity isn't limited to women solely fighting the good fight. Allies are incredibly important for the social, economic, cultural, and political advancement of women. https://www.internationalwomensday.com/Theme
  15. Here's a few more exceptions: Ultra running Jasmin Paris finished the 268-mile Montane Spine Race, along the Pennine Way, Scotland in January 2019 in 83 hours and 12 minutes, breaking the record by 12 hours. And she was pumping breast milk for her baby all the while. The leading man finished in 98 hours. Ultra-cycling in July 2019 Fiona Kolbinger beat 200 men in the Transcontinental Race, cycling the 4,000 kilometres across Europe. She finished in 10 days, 2 hours, 48 minutes, leading the race from day 3, putting in 15-17 hours of cycling each day. The male runner-up, Ben Davies, finished 10 hours later. https://allthingslists.com/sports-that-women-beat-men/
  16. Nonsense, even Fox News aren't covering this, only the perpetual liar Carlson................ The footage Carlson is showing is Chansley being escorted out of the building. https://twitter.com/ryanjreilly/status/1632918032883302401 Video of the break in and his entry here https://ia902307.us.archive.org/10/items/Cwxj9RMtddritN4Ds/Cwxj9RMtddritN4Ds.mpeg4
  17. Pity you didn't work that out then when I posted it. It was even in the link
  18. Well I have to admit, the only reason I know about that is because of another right wing loon worse worse than Michael Knowles who had a rant saying the government is “putting chemicals in the water that turn the <deleted>’ frogs gay.” Yep Alex Jones
  19. Cool so you confirm you were the one who brought up chickens and what they consume. Frogs on the other hand can in a natural setting consume increased levels of estrogen released into the water and as a result change gender. Fascinating. Unlike chickens who remain as they are with livestock feed.
  20. did you not bring chickens into it? I brought up some facts on frogs changing sex as a comparison. Explain how that's scrapping the barrel, I've got no interest in what you drive or do at night time.
  21. I'd put an invasion at the top of the unfriendly and provocative list. There are those that want to deflect from this fact, also known as Putin apologists
  22. May be different if you looked at frogs: FROGS CHANGE SEX EVEN IN NATURAL SETTINGS https://wildlife.org/frogs-change-sex-even-in-natural-settings/
  23. “The subcommittee could delve into any number of legal issues swirling around Trump”. https://thehill.com/homenews/house/3805643-gops-weaponization-panel-would-have-power-to-review-those-probing-trump The subcommitte is not going too well so far................ https://aseannow.com/topic/1288207-judiciary-democrats-go-after-gop-‘whistleblowers’-in-fbi-probes
