    The "law" in Thailand says anything you want it to say, depending upon who you are, who you know and how much money you have? So you cannot defend your position, that's fine!

    No. If they were told the girls were say 18 and had ID cards showing that then the guys didn't know?. The ID cards could be fake, but who knows?

    I believe the buyer is the LB and the seller (Jidapha) is the victim. But I could be wrong!

    Yes, but everyone is anonymous, nobody knows who you are or where you are, assuming when you registered you didn't put your real name????? But it does say something, in that the police just dont seem to care if they get found out?

    In Thailand casinos are illegal, unless they are controlled by the police, then they become "legal"?????

    A fair question and it remains to be seen what happens to the ones that are fighting the charges, but I have a hunch that none of the Chinese tourists will be blacklisted. It would look really bad?

    You are correct. The very big problem is the corruption is endemic in Thailand, non more so that the RTP. Even if you could replace all the police, the newcomers would soon succumb. Its an impossible task?
