Trump under investigation for potential violations of Espionage Act
mikeymike100 replied to Scott's topic in World News
Well he would have to be found guilty first by a jury of his peers? So I agree, if he gets charged, goes to court, gets found guilty of something he should get whatever the judge deals him. But until then surely he is Innocent? -

I'm really love the sarcasm, good one! -
Correct, you hit the nail on the head. It seems that many people on this forum despise Trump for whatever reason and want him locked up or worse, without being indicted, going to court, having a fair trial and having a jury decide. Its hard to fathom really. If he was half as bad as some of these folks think surely he would already be doing time?

Cashless restaurant transactions
mikeymike100 replied to Searat7's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Quite so. In fact if you had eaten your meal and asked for the check, it arrives and its cashless only and you only have cash, would they refuse to accept cash? I dont think so! -

Agreed. In Indonesia where I frequent regularly, in large stores they have checkouts with "cash only'' so can only use cash. I haven't seen any in Thailand, not saying they don't exist. -
"Phuket – Phuket is expecting more Indian tourists which will generate more than 7.5 billion baht this year, 2022, after a recent roadshow in India, according to relevant officials." Why do 'relevant officials' only care about money? It seems they are not concerned with anything else? I never see polls of these tourists saying if 'they had a good time' or did they get value for money' or will they come back'?etc

I agree with you 100%, its not a court of law. Thanks for your opinion though. -

I agree about the hair! "But most of all it is the fact that he is a filthy traitor who couldn't handle losing the election and actually tried instigating a coup." "For the one with the ultimate responsibility only the ultimate punishment fits the crime" Thats you opinion, not fact! Remember innocent until proven guilty, in a court of law?? -

Would you care to elucidate on the "over 3000 court cases he has had."? And the outcomes? -

Many people have been accused of a lot of things, including Trump. Usually its the left MSM and social media pundits. If Trump had been found guilty of something, in a court of law, gone thru due process, then by all means he should get sentenced for whatever crime he had committed. God knows they have tried? The problem is as you say, he has been accused, but not charged and certainly not found guilty by a jury of his peers and yet there are actual people on this forum that want him locked up, or worse? For what? They dont like his hair? It beggars belief. They obviously do not believe the concept of innocent until proven guilty? -
Elon Musk makes a fair point. "If the president is working so hard to free someone who is in jail in Russia for some weed, shouldn't we free people in America?" Musk asked on the show. "There are people in jail in America for the same stuff. Shouldn't we free them too? My opinion is that people should not be in jail for non-violent drug crimes." https://www.yahoo.com/news/musk-questions-biden-apos-efforts-200243217.htm
