Thailand’s cannabis sector faces threat from recreational use ban
dinsdale replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Why? All in all it's a less harmful drug than alcohol and tabacco and methamphetamine is in a whole different league. All 4 are readily available and only one you need to go down the criminal road to get. -

Government considers corn import ban to combat PM2.5 dust pollution

So do nothing in this regards is the way. I also believe it's not telling them but So overall it's a far from simple matter be it in Thailand or the neighbouring countries. -

As you can see from this map if there were absolutely zero fires in Thailand there would still be a very big problem. https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/map/#d:24hrs;@106.8,16.1,5.4z -
Government considers corn import ban to combat PM2.5 dust pollution

They just find other markets. Smoke continues and the price of corn in Thailand goes up or is this a little too simplistic. -
Thai military officer’s road rage prompts armed forces investigation

Likely outcome. The person who posted the video will be charged under the computer crimes act for showing Thailand in a negative light and the officer will get off scott free with this being rapidly swept under the carpet. -
Thaksin is mearly a citizen and a convicted criminal on bail at that. Pita is a parliamentarian and the rightful winner of the last election. Ask anyone from another country who doesn't know what's going here who has the greater right to be checking on the fires situation in Chiang Mai and the answer would be obvious. Mr. Anusorn Iamsa-ard is just a puerile idiot for saying this. A little boy having a tantrum.

I think plenty of people who want dope to stay legalized have to take some of the blame. Smoking dope at a concert? Not a good idea. Basically if you can't puff on a cig then don't puff on a joint. A minority of idiots once again making it bad for the majority. Walking down a street puffing a joint? No. On the beach where there are families around? No. Anywhere that people can object is not a good thing IMHO. Having said this my stance on drug legalization has been constant for decades. Legalize ALL drugs.- 58 replies

The big problem with the next election IMO is the voters know that their votes mean nothing and the whole electoral process is a farce. -

Move Forward Dissolution Bid Part Of Thaksin’s Secret Deal
dinsdale replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I have to disagree with the now part. This has been known for ages. Everyone knew a deal had been done. I'm sure PT are carefully watching their backs as they share the same bed with the devil. Always keep in mind the military/elite will do anything and everything to maintain their power. -

Camel and emu (EEMYOU not EEMOO for you Americans) are both good. Ostrich I've had in Thailand (Ratchaburi) and it was ok.

Very neutral white meat. Good rare to medium rare roo steak cooked properly is great. Crocs a bit tasteless IMO.

And they're absolutely delicious. I do miss eating roo. Apart from that the corruption at that table is massive.
