This could be a YT video title with the 1st point being it's now insanely expenspive?

It seems the Chinese EV market isn't in such a 'fantastic' shape as Thailand then with the majority of EV sales in Thailand being from China.

I met a young American doctor in a park and we tripped together as I was pretty nervous about doing it alone. Ended up splitting the 3rd tab and tripped for 12 straight hours.
I don't trust the ingredients these days. Actually it was probably in the 90's early 2000's that acid was no longer good acid. Pity. LCD, Mushrooms, Thai Buddha Sticks, Good Hash and Hash Oil. Ah!!!!!!!! Those were the days.

Single dose of LSD provides immediate and lasting relief from anxiety, study says. A clinical trial's encouraging results won US Food and Drug Administration breakthrough therapy status for an LSD formulation to treat generalized anxiety disorder, Mind Medicine Inc. announced Thursday.13 hours ago
The medical application is in smaller doses and the person is monitored. Don't be fooled anxiety can definitely happen when tripping hence the term 'bad trip'.

I rented a room out to a guy who spent his summer savings on 2000 hits of acid he bought from a US preacher passing through. He was selling it for a living. I would not let him keep it in the house so he had it buried in the snow around town. In the spring when the snow melted he had a pile of the stuff to deal with so he got into it ,one a day for a week then seven at one shot. That did it he went up and never came down. He threw out all his possessions, nice cameras etc. and would sit all day in the bath tub. He stopped eating regular food saying honey had everything a body needs till I told him it had no vitamin C so he bought a case of oranges. Anyway he spooked my girlfriend so I had to run him off so I could get laid. The last thing I heard about him was that they put him in the nut house but he climbed over the wall and escaped.
LSD is very, very capable of frying brains. OOOPs TOOOO MUCH.

Back in the days when LSD was only LSD and not adulterated with speed. I rode my Ducati 900ss on LSD. WOW! Going down a main road at night it was like in Star Trek when they go to light speed. Fantastic. Looked at my speedo and I was going ...................25kph.

Violence etc? Thats nothing to do with lsd. Just insane how so called doctors can come up with this crap, the only explanation is a 100% lack of english.
Meanwhile the country is flooded with yaba, and the mental consequences.
This is complete and utter nonsense.

Widespread farm burning and forest fires, notably in the country's north, often create a noxious smog at the beginning of the year.
Bkk has had high pm 2.5 for months. Only when there is a wind (now predominantly from the SW) can you see the sun. Most days it's just a brownish cloudy sky. What was lacking during the cool season were the NE winds coming down from China. No burning was going so it was all down to pollution from factories and vehicles. As for the 10 million number well that's more than 10% of the population so this number is very suspect.

As I said when this was posited last wk the digital wallet should be enough for a vote of no confindence. Will be interesting but I'm sure the non-eleceted govt will have some sort of work around. I hope not though.

Thailand braces for intense heatwave and summer storms
Not a heatwave and definitely not intense. This term is so overused and incorrectly so. A heatwave is an extended period of abnormally hot weather. A few days with temps around the 40C mark, in what is the hot season after all, does not make it a heatwave.

And I'm sure a % of these had covid as it continues to circulate. Incidental covid numbers. Something continually dismissed by some on this forum. My lungs haven't been good for sometime now. There was a SWterly blowing for a while, the pm2.5 reduced and my lungs came good.

You speak for yourself. I learn a huge amount via Facebook groups about subjects I'm interested in. Those who gain nothing from it don't know how to get the most out of it, and so trash the system. To me, they are the losers, not the users of such services.
Same with anything that is ultra successful and used by millions - Starbucks, McDonalds etc. Any company that provides customers with what they want. That to me is a pretty good business model, but along come the holier than thou's and condemn something they don't actually have to use if they don't want to.And how many Thais do you this use FB the way you do? Not my missus that's for sure. apart from this my comment was about social media more generally phone addiction. I guess being without FB would sit somewhere within nomophobia.

IMHO social media addiction is a very real and very bad thing. Intentional or not this is making people dumber which is a very good thing for those wielding power.

Thai AirAsia plans to transport 21 million passengers in 2024, aiming for a 90% passenger load factor and a 20 to 23% increase in revenue, supported by an expanded fleet of 60 aircraft by year's end.
Being that this is the very minimum that airfares have gone up I don't doubt it.

What price hike? I just booked Perth BKK with Thai air for just $537 and that is non-stop return.
Fly domestic. Prices are up. This is an international flight and yep sure seems a good price. BKK-Adelaide flying Singapore Airlines is up around 50% pre covid.

They are supposed to make record profits. If they wernt they would be doing something wrong.
A billion dollars isnt worth as much as it was 4 years ago.
Record profits = record payouts for the CEO = less money in the pockets of the people who are providing the record profits. The few get richer at the expense of the public. Profits are profits but profiteering is another thing.

They are publicly listed companies with many small shareholders. The can charge what they want. If you dont like it, dont use it. It isnt a charity.
Inflation is to be expected after all the money printing that went on.
Inflation is happening true. Why is another question. But if it's inflation then why massive profits? Same with the energy companies. Charges going up 25-30%+ in some places and the companies are making record profits. Supermarkets. Record profits. This is not just down to inflation. This is daylight robbery.

I like it when big business is not ripping me off. You don't? Airfare to where I go is up around 30-40% from pre-covid/covid times.

Thai House rejects labour bill fearing 30% cost surge

Profits before people. Trickle down effect is a load of BS so please don't use this in retort. Globally a small minority are getting very rich whist the vast majority are getting poorer. This sham non-elected govt is jam pack full of business people. No way will profits be cut into to help the worker. Oh no. Money must be spent on HUBS and capital works which puts money into their mates pockets and their own pockets. Spending your way out is Keynsian economics but it doesn't work when only the big boys benefit from such spending.
