More than likely the call that the ceasefire was brought forward was wrong and for the next hour things might ramp up in way of missile strikes. This would also mean Israel will still be hitting targets in Iran.

Actually I think Israel did most of it albeit with US assistance. The initial days were simply amazing what they did and I'm saying this purely from a tactical point of view.
