Border run israeli passport
You can't get in to Malaysia so all the land crossings in the south are out You MIGHT be able to bounce out/back at the Ranong / Kawthaung border with burma at the Ranong Pier. I do not know if Israeli passport holders can bounce at that border or not, you could contact KBV visa out of Phuket, I think they run to that border and would know if you can get out/back or not https://www.kbv-visarunphuket.com/

TM-47 90 Day Reporting by Mail
Make sure the packet is postmarked at least 2 weeks before the actual due date, send it Thai Post EMS (which is trackable), make sure you have the self addressed pre-stamped envelope for them to mail back your 90 day report receipt. Sadly what you imagine the turnaround time to be doesn't even factor into the equation 😉 it is my experience you should expect it will take between 6 and 8 weeks to get your 90-day report receipt mailed back to you. Or that's about how long it was taking before they moved the 90-day report room last year upstairs into its own room. On the rare chance your next 90-day due date comes up before you get your receipt back take in the proof that it was delivered on time they will look in the box of undeliverable mail and see if your receipt is in there or they'll just print you a new one right then. No, you can't mail out a 90-day report 89 days in advance.. I wouldn't do it anymore than 3 weeks before the due date. Sit tight wait it out it'll show up after a couple months, or that's how it usually works out..

Marriage visa consideration period
Actually that is not true, I've never heard of an extension based on marriage to a thai national to be denied when they showed up on the day the under consideration stamp ran out. The reason I know they'd sell you a 7 day application for extension not approved stamp that gives you a week to get out of because I did once see an under consideration stamp from a non B Visa extension based on employment get rejected. Some salary issue or something (it was years and years ago). The person showed up on the date the under consideration stamp ran out, was told the application was denied, was sold that 7 day get out of dodge stamp, They left the country a few days later and got a new non B Visa to start the extension process over again

Online Queue For Retirement Extension Question
Careful throwing out broad brush statements like that, At the main immigration office in Bangkok you need a hard copy printed and your queue number comes up on the board at the counter that you are assigned to when it is your time.

Marriage visa consideration period
I personally have never heard of an application for extension being denied after the under consideration period. They vet your paperwork when you apply, and as I said at most offices the 30 day under consideration stamp is the first month of your next year extension. But to answer your question: In the totally unheard of event where your extension might be denied they would sell you a 7-Day get out of Thailand application for extension denied stamp that would be effective the date you went back when the under consideration stamp expired. Again in my many dealings with foreigners and immigrations I have never heard of a single instance where an extension based on marriage to a thai national on an under consideration stamp was not approved. If it's not going to fly they're not going to give you the 30-day under consideration stamp because they don't want to forward paperwork that they already know isn't going to work to the head office. Glad you got your extension approved,

Marriage visa consideration period
It is not uncommon for those up country immigration offices (especially the ones up in Nakhon Nowhere) to have under consideration stamps run past the return by date. You won't be on overstay because the 30 day under consideration stamp is actually the first month of your new yearly extension (at least in most cases it is ;) ) Keep in touch with them, and if you're close to the immigration office I'd show up Monday anyway just to make them aware you got an open under consideration stamp

Home address for E-SETV application made in Vietnam
I always suggest using the hotel where you're staying in Vietnam as your current address, and for tourist visas use your home address in your country as your permanent address.

Marriage visa 400k in bank for how long
As @DrJack54 asked what is the reason you're wanting to exit thailand, let this current extension expire, come back on a tourist visa or visa exempt, apply for the 30 day extension and then a new Non-O visa based on marriage? That's a lot of fooling around that you don't have to do. You can change the reason for your extension from one based on retirement to one based on marriage to a thai without much issue at the immigration office where you live when your current extension runs down. The only reason I can think of anyone wanting to go thru that dog-n-pony show of getting OFF a current extension, coming back in and applying for a new 90 day Non-O visa would be if they used an agent to get their previous extension <- especially if the agent banked the funds for the retirement extension, because then you wouldn't have followed the seasoning requirement for the extension you're on :( If you're hell-bent on following your plan, I'd say rather than exit/come back in and applying for the in country Non-O visa, instead go to Vientiane or Savannakhet and get the 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage from them THEN come back in on it and go for the year extension at the K/K immigration office once you have 30 days or less left on that 90 day stamp. In answer to your question; I don't believe that Khon Kaen requires you have the 400K baht seasoned when you initially apply for the 90 day Non-O visa from them. It's only when you go for the year extension that they require the funds be seasoned in your account for 2 months before you apply

Overnight Stay Required When Doing a Border Bounce?
Latest reports (from before the new year) were that both Chiang Khong (where you cross by bridge) and Chiang Saen (where you cross by boat) allow out/in if you have a valid visa. Talk to the passport control officer when you stamp out.. you should be okay.

One year visa custodian to thai child ending
you contracted with a "safe entry" company, if they say they can get you in they can, BUT you will have to wait until they check and make sure they can get you in You should be fine flying out/back using safe entry to get back in

One year visa custodian to thai child ending
You need to GO to your immigration office and ask them. There is nothing in writing that says the 400K has to be seasoned 2 months (like it does for marriage extensions) BUT some offices require it even on raising thai child extension. Yes you need to have the 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only when you apply for the initial 90 day Non-O visa.. So did you go to your immigration office and ask them if you could get the 60 day visit thai family extension (assuming you never got it before on any of your previous extensions tied to the stamp you're on now) ??? That is totally dependent on WHERE you're thinking of bouncing out/back in thailand. Some borders make you stay overnight, some charge a 'special fee' (the ones in the south with Malaysia) to let you out and back. As a rule you should be able to bounce out/back but again it's dependent on where you're thinking of trying it

How early can I apply for extension of my Non-O (marriage)?
As was pointed out Chaengwattana allows you to apply for a new extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp So with a stamp running out Feb 11 you could have applied for a new extension any time after Dec 28th 🙂 You're fine, best of luck with your upcoming extension tomorrow 👍

New rules issued for visa extensions and visa-exempt entries
There are a couple southern land borders with Malaysia that do this. Some hand the foreigner a laminated card to show the Malay side of the border control so that they know you're just bouncing out/back (and have "greased the wheels" to make it happen 😆
-
What is the latest situation with visa exempt arrivals?
There are a couple southern border crossings with Malaysia that will charge foreigner 2000baht, give them a laminated card when they cross to let the Malay side know they're just bouncing out/back. It's coordinated between the Thai/Malay border guards :)

New rules issued for visa extensions and visa-exempt entries
I sure would consider using a safe entry company, you are exactly the demographic of people they are looking for to deny entry to. By that I mean it appears you have been living here on free back-to-back 60 day visa exempt entries. These are the three companies that are the big players in safe entry, Thai Visa Service https://thaivisaservice.com/ Thai Visa Centre https://tvc.co.th/ Friendly Thai Visa https://friendlythaivisa.com/

Retirement extension questions
That is correct, if you filed a TM30 showing you're registered as living in Bangkok and you've been filing 90 day reports using your Bangkok address you use Chaengwattana. Keep in mind with that 'out of province' previous extension they may ask you for 2 years of detail transaction reports. They will want to see you didn't use an agent to bank the funds in that Chonburi extension and you met the requirements for the one before that as well. Or at least those were the reports I've gotten from people who had out of province extensions the previous year when using Chaengwattana. You need the 'standard bank letter' (the one that shows your name the account in the balance the day they wrote the letter), detail transaction report (they might ask for 2 years rather than just 1), and update your bank book the day you apply. Transaction report and Bank letter can be up to 7 days old. Remember in Bangkok you can apply for an extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp Best of luck with it

One year visa custodian to thai child ending
@SlyouThai Just checking, were you able to get the 60 day visit Thai family extension?

Samui Immigration & Online Appointment App
You could always just go to the main immigration office in your province in Surat Thani city, just walk in and apply for your extension rather than using that renegade Samui office (which is only slightly better that the one on the "Island of Misfit Toys" aka Koh Phangan 😗 )..

Question about TM30 if you own a Condo
Yep, copy the front and back of the title deed (chanote) to show you own the condo, and don't need a lease. And make a profile/log in on the TM 30 web-portal, add the condo address, then file a TM 30 on yourself and export/print the PDF file (that is your receipt of having filed a TM 30)
-
Question about TM30 if you own a Condo
I find that strange seeing as foreigners can't get listed in the blue Thai housebook. It's usually blank and can't be used. you use the title deed (chanote), as that will have your name on the back

What if marriage extension not approved?
If you apply for an extension a month early, some offices add the 30 day under consideration stamp on too the end of your current extension expiration,<- because those offices the under consideration stamp is actually the first month of your next year extension, meaning you show up 2 months later.
-
What if marriage extension not approved?
I have never seen nor heard of an instance where an extension based on marriage to a Thai national was not approved after getting the under consideration stamp, because your paperwork and your financials are vetted when you apply and pay the 1900 baht for the extension. As was pointed out if by some strange reason which again I have never heard of your extension was not approved they would probably sell you a 7-Day get out of Thailand application for extension denied stamp and it would give you a week to get out.
