    What does EU gain from this arrangement? Flight risk is high with Thai's and only a small percent could afford to travel in Europe anyways.

    I have very limited experience with only cheap condos so maybe the higher end solves this. In general though I have noise problems in Thailand for all sorts of reasons so I'm always very careful to chose where I live. Condos are just too risky for me to think about purchasing even if I wanted to live in one.

    exploding would be bad. 🙂 I think they're even on cheap composite wood racks. Even so lots of other things that could catch fire like a sofa. They don't take direct sunlight but I think it would be impossible to reach 50c, anywhere in Thailand out of direct sunlight for that matter.

    I disagree, they know it's wrong but they do it because it's easy and they don't care if they live around trash like we do. If trash pickup was a new concept they never thought of before then sure they can be educated about this new idea but that's obviously not the case. As said over and over again they simply take no pride in their surroundings.

    noise and disruptions. Maybe I shouldn't be talking because I just don't want to live that close to people anyways but I have lived in condos and the problems are even worse than houses. Having said that burning is a problem for me in Thailand and condos don't have this problem. Otherwise all the noise problems I have with Thai people are worse the more dense things get.

    I've had so many problems, but not in condos actually so it's more of a Thailand thing. Condos are even more risky because you control even that less of your space.

    you can't "educate" a person who has no regard for others or their environment. Maybe brainwashing would work but certainly no education.

    it's terrible where I live. You can go one meter without seeing plastic on the side of the road. People in the backs of pickups eat and throw all the trash over the side. Pathetic behavior and it's depressing to look at.

    I would never dream.There's a million condos everywhere and you can move whenever you get bad neighbors. In floating sky boxes you have zero control over your surroundings and so many things can go wrong.

    I have some gas cans for lighters in my house. They say max temp of 50c but maybe the heat wave is enough to ignite them?

    This is how all crime should be reported in the US. A person with a legal document such as citizenship and then state their race/ethnicity. You can't just say "American" anymore because basically the entire world resides in the USA now and they all behave differently and have different cultures.

    I think he explains the price at 2:21. He says assembled in Thailand for 11.2 mil and has a custom paint job I think.

    I haven't seen any crops burning in months. The forest are however being lit on fire every week for months.
