    My Studio is about 40sqm + balcony where eight people can sit comfortably. 12 floor, central Pattaya, partly seaview, pool, gym, underground garage. 100.000 baht per year in rent, fully furnished.

    I didn't have to pay deposit on my Condo, live in it for year and half now. My landlord is from Finland and so is me. He have come to me a could of times asking me if I want a new fridge and new balcony furniture when some of his other tenants have died. I have a steady job and sometimes he invites me to dinner party.

    My experience was at Samui immigration 2015, is your answer correct for every immigration office in Thailand today? Really, any question like this must specify office because everyone makes their own rules, even officers within the same office have different rules. Nowdays I have a BOI extension and WP, much better.

    If you park your bike near the key, be aware there's transponder key enhancers, put your key in a metal box at night if it's closer than 20-30m

    Depends on the country you'll travel from. Don't bring more than $10.000, they can confiscate it when you embarking. Cash sniffing dogs work in departures not arrival.
