  1. For over 40 years worth of elections I thought the same, but I'm tired of voting for the lesser of 2 evils. I'm not suggesting you do anything, you can vote for either one of them but I'm staying home.
  2. Biden or Trump, either way America loses.
  3. I'm sure there are already getting the mini passports stamp and mini buses ready for the new Tourists.
  4. According to an unidentified senior U.S. official, sometime after the bombing of Kata'ib Hezbollah in late December 2019, a security briefing was convened at President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate where he and his advisors, including Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Defense Secretary Mark Esper, and chairman of the joint chiefs of staff General Mark Milley discussed how to respond to Iran's alleged role in sponsoring anti-U.S. attacks in Iraq. Reportedly, the targeted killing of Iranian general Qasem Soleimani, whom U.S. officials regarded as a facilitator of attacks on U.S. personnel in Iraq, was listed as the "most extreme option"[87] of many options on a briefing slide,[88] reflecting an alleged practice among Pentagon officials whereby a very extreme option is presented to presidents so as to make other options appear more palatable.[89][87] Trump chose the option to kill Soleimani, prompting the CIA and other U.S. intelligence agencies that had tracked Soleimani's whereabouts for years to locate him on a flight from Damascus to Baghdad, reportedly to hold meetings with Iraqi militiamen. The air strike would have been called off if Soleimani had been on his way to meet with Iraqi government officials aligned with the U.S https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Qasem_Soleimani#Prelude

  9. He did more than most Presidents to bring peace to the region. As far as the Palestinians go, you can't make peace with people who only want to see you dead.
  10. More like 14 Billion USD. But you have a point either way.
  11. Borrow money just to give it away, sounds like some gamblers I know.
  12. Ravens losing blows that theory right out of the water.
  13. Las Vegas
  14. I'm real picky about my sheets, and won't buy them unless I feel them first. Central dept store has the best I've found in Thailand. Expensive, but worth it.
  15. If they make it illegal for a foreigner to buy a condo only for investment to rent out, it would keep rents more stable.
  16. But he can pause allowing in all asylum seekers. That would stop the problem immediately.
  17. Nearly 72 percent of all job gains since 2021 were simply jobs that were being recovered from the pandemic, not new job creation. In fact, when looking at today’s economy compared to pre-pandemic levels, employment is up only by 3.7 million, not 13 million. https://budget.house.gov/press-release/fact-check-setting-the-record-straight-on-bidenomics
  18. The deficit was $1.7 trillion for the most recent fiscal year, which ended September 30, according to Treasury Department data released Friday. That marks a $320 billion, or 23%, increase from the prior fiscal year. https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/20/politics/federal-budget-deficit/index.html
  19. Trump vs Biden. I vote none of the above.
  20. If it doesn't include Nana plaza and soi Cowboy it's incomplete and I'm not interested, 555
  21. I have no problem getting filmed for personal use, but when they put it up on the net for the whole world to see, I should have the right to have my face pixelated, but sadly in many countries I don't have that right.
  22. I like iced tea, with lemon, no sugar. Very refreshing.
  23. With less than 1/10th the population of the US, I would just assume it's a nicer place to live.
  24. Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act does allow the president — if finding “that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens ... would be detrimental to the interests of the United States” — to “by proclamation ... suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants”. President Trump famously utilized § 212(f) to bar the entry of aliens from certain countries in order to enhance vetting capabilities for detecting the attempted entry into the U.S. by terrorists or other public-safety threats. The Supreme Court upheld this suspension, concluding that the § 212(f) power “exudes deference to the President in every clause ... [and] vests [him] with ‘ample power’ to impose entry restrictions in addition to those elsewhere enumerated in the INA”.
