Then, log back into Youtube and see if things are working again. If not, I'd disable your extensions one by one to see if any are causing the problem. I'd also temporarily disable Opera's adblocker and tracking protection to see if that's the cause.

However at work I can't see any, because IT have settings that make youtube run in restricted mode. what device are you browsing on? There is no law/rule thats states this. But at the same time, they dont want perpeptual tourists, so eventually they will refuse you entry if you're 'living' here on tourist stamps. I ran the same gauntlet for years, but its definately getting harder.
