Opinion: Has the Supreme Court gone ga-ga or MAGA?
Yellowtail replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Sixth Amendment "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence." Nothing about the State having the right to expedite a trial to fit an election cycle, "The Wolf" clearly made that part up. But hey, maybe you guys can change it if it will help you get Trump. I think NY changed a couple laws to try to get him. I can't speak to the Magna Carta, but to be clear, the Bill of Rights does not protect the state from the individual, but rather protects the individual from the State, that's why the left hates it. I guess if you're sitting in your car eating cookies and drinking coffee from Amazon while waiting for your turn to charge, watching Netflix would be worth paying a premium for.

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
Yellowtail replied to Bandersnatch's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
So, you were lying when you said: "Looks like you spend more time filling up your spreadsheet than I do charging my car." because you would know that it would only take a moment, yes? And you were being a dick when you said: "Luckily my car tells me my consumption instantly without needing any spreadsheets." because you would know how much more a spreadsheet will do, and you also likely know that virtually every vehicle built in the last ten years will tell you your consumption. Well aren't you special. Col I is empty I have not omitted fuel cost per liter, and it is far from the most important metric, at least to me, for obvious reasons. -
EVs come with Netflix subscriptions?

Can you run the AC in the cars while they are charging? That would not be too bad.

Opinion: Has the Supreme Court gone ga-ga or MAGA?
Yellowtail replied to Social Media's topic in World News
The accused has the right to a speedy trial, not the state. The accused also has the right to due process, yet Jack Smith tried to circumvent normal judicial protocol to fit the election cycle and got called out for it. Trump is not above the law, but neither is he below it. -
Biden and Trump Visit Border Amid Immigration Debate
Yellowtail replied to Social Media's topic in World News
It's hilarious that the Biden administration has been telling us the border was secure for the last three years, now all of the sudden in the election cycle it's a wide-open crisis, and it's all Trump's fault. Where's Kamala, is she not supposed to be the border czar? -

Ten years ago, trans kids were rare. Thirty years ago, gay kids were rare. Fifty years ago, fat kids were rare. -
So gay is who you are, that's it? How? Freudian slip? Classrooms are not public places. There are people that don't know this? I have not read any posters making any such claims. Being against sexualizing children in K-12 does not make one anti-gay, unless your position is that gay people are sexualizing children. Why?
-
Only a fool would claim 100% of male abusers that abuse boys are gay, the idea is ridiculous. Before we could have a productive discussion, we would have clear definitions of all the terms. Abuse and sexual abuse are not the same thing. The percentage of heterosexual men that abuse boys is likely larger than the percentage of gay men that abuse boys, if for no other reason than because many of the kids that are abused, are abused by their parents. But the percentage of heterosexual men that sexually abuse boys is likely negligible compared to the percentage of gay men that sexually abuse boys, because heterosexual men are not sexually attracted to boys. Just as I would assume the percentage of heterosexual men that sexually abuse girls is astronomical compared to the percentage of gay men that sexually abuse girls, because gay men are not attracted to girls. I would also submit that men are far and away more likely to be sexual abusers than are women, so it stands to reason that when boys are sexually abused, the abuser is almost certainly going to be a gay man, and when girls are sexually abused, the abuser is almost certainly going to be a heterosexual man.

What's the best way to neatly cut those really thin-wall tubes??
Yellowtail replied to Crossy's topic in DIY Forum
I wrap the pipe in two-inch masking tape for a nice straight edge. 4" angle grinder with a cut-off wheel works perfect for me. I like to put the grinder in the vice and rotate the work. Holding the grinder in one hand and rolling the tubing into the wheel works too. Thise neoprene grommets are the cat's. I use silicone grease on all the parts. -
I would try one of these first, and see what it stops. Spin Down Sediment Filter Reusable Whole House Sediment Water Pre Filter 40-60 Micrometre Whole House Water Filter | Lazada.co.th

Another dodge from a guy that can't support his claims yet posts links to articles he does not understand to pretend he has. One trick pony. I never claimed LGBTQ are grooming kid in classrooms. That's just you changing the subject because once again, you are not able to support the claim. Again, the article you linked to does not support the claim you were pretending to support, which was that a greater percentage of straight people are involved in grooming than there are LGBT people involved in grooming. It in fact does not say that a greater percentage of straight people are involved in grooming than there are LGBT people involved in grooming, and implying is does is dishonest.
-
So you read it, but were not able to comprehend it, that explained a lot. We were talking about grooming, not child abuse. Again, your link does not support the claim that a greater percentage of straight people are involved in grooming than there are LGBT people involved in grooming. Where does it say that a greater percentage of straight people are involved in grooming than there are LGBT people involved in grooming? It absolute does not say that.
-
Once again, did you even read it? Your link does not support the claim that a greater percentage of straight people are involved in grooming than there are LGBT people involved in grooming. Where does it say that a greater percentage of straight people are involved in grooming than there are LGBT people involved in grooming? It absolute does not say that.

You talk but you don't say anything. Are you not able to formulate any kind of actual argument? You just keep regurgitating the same tired old line over and over and address nothing. A one trick pony. Again, you were asked if you had anything that shows students in California and New York score better than Tennessee students on math and reading tests. You posted a link that does provide the information, yet you pretended it does Typical, dishonest leftist (redundant) behavior. Again, you claimed the problem was lack of funding, yet you have not shown that funding is the issue, why it is the issue, or how the additional funding needs to be spent to improve the schools. After I explained that Tennessee ranks way higher on average SAT scores than does California and New York, yet California spends 56% more, and New York spends 143% more than Tennessee, you did nothing but claim the sample size in Tennessee was too small, yet you are unable to explain why it was too small, nor have you been able to provide any data the contradicts the data I provided. Weak. Again, that fewer students choose to take the test really means nothing, and if you think it does, explain why. You can't. The TN students that do take the SAT on average score much better than the CA and NY students, that seems to be a fact that you have not and cannot argue. That a greater percentage of students in CA and NY are taking the test really proves nothing, and if you think it does, explain how and why, but you can't. All you can do is play the same tired chin-music over and over. Again, do you have anything that shows students in California and New York score better than Tennessee student on standard math and reading tests? Again, you claimed the problem was lack of funding, yet you have not shown that funding is the issue, why funding is the issue, or how the additional funding needs to be spent to improve the schools, you just blather on making unsupported claims.
