    I was thinking of your post when I wrote it. Dude said 50% in the first year. You apparently paid about 51% after over a year and a half, and on a brand that has had negative press. That's a pretty big difference. I think you got a great buy

    Get rid of the termites before you start. Make sure all of you quotes call out materials and whatnot separately. There is nothing wrong with paying a fee for a company to quote on a job of any significant size. Personally, I would rather they charge.

    I would add that anyone buying a condo make sure that the purchase includes at least one DEDICATED parking space.

    No, that's not the case. I will likely fit it myself, but I'll have an electrician run the drop. Yeah, it's a bit intimidating given I recognize none of the brands.

    I am in the process of moving and plan to install an EV charge station at the new place. We'll have three-phase, and as I understand it, 36A is plenty. Is that correct? Also, any recommendations for the charge station itself would be helpful. There seems to be quite a variety. Thanks!

    So, it was not a mistake for a media organization that pretends to be unbiased to clearly favor one candidate over another? They should have fought it. But they are weak and really only care about themselves. Had they fought it, they likely would have won. What was going around has been coming around lately.
