I did a little research, and the monthly child allowance is not available to everyone, it is only available to parents that pay into social security, and it looks like it's up to B1,000 a month now.

I am not sure what all it was, but I know it included a monthly "welfare" payment (I think B700), a uniform allowance I think once a year, and stuff they handed out at school every month or two.
