There is little condemnation of underage sex on this forum, ive noticed it from other threads too. I guess living in Thailand you get immune to it, maybe i dont know (not talking personally) To the poster that's is abhorred by a 50 year old male and a 23 year old women. Jeez thats extreme and happens in ever country in the world not always necessarily paid for.

Same in most countries. Expedia for eg can often be cheaper than in person at the hotel. Even at family type guesthouses.

This is business, that's how it works, if a product is in demand the price increases if no one wants it then price decreases.

There's a direct correlation between how much money you spend on some and the amount of interest shown towards you. I went to a Thai nightclub with a Thai muay thai instructor one night at 2am and yeh kinda not the best place to go at all, not made to feel welcome at all, women and men there and would not even look at me, until i was outside and then got some frosty / nasty looks from the men. It must be strange for them to see us falangs pour lavish over the women and then make no attempt to speak or interact with men (to be fair language barrier is an issue) We also do not have the same socialising establishments, go to a bar in Germany and plenty of german men, go to a bar in Thailand and how many men frequent the same one......hardly any . mostly none. The tourist areas are really falang only that and only gays and women, no straight men. The main way for Thai men to meet falangs is to dress up like a women and then you get drinks etc and perhaps become friends.

Never heard this term 'zero dollar' tourist especially when they cough up 10,000 thb per enriched water, they are definitely not short of a few quid and i doubt they eat and sleep on the beach! I think / guess that the Thai authorities want them here on a package type tour, whereby they are supervised by their own and stick to a regular schedule taking in the sites and making sure the dollars end up with the tourist structure. Although the staff were Thai so im not sure how all the money ends up outside the country?

Here's a link for you. https://thainews.prd.go.th/en/news/detail/TCATG220628105609989 Thailand is never going to support Ukraine when Thailand is aligned with Russia, China etc in building to support there economies. War is just another form of business, plenty of money to be made by all parties, the only loosers are generally the citizens.

Ok no need to get ratty.....Its very confusing, one minute he had the prescription then the big boss wouldnt let him have it, then he left with the prescription and was given paracatemol and cough mixture. Sounds like the op got confused and as it apparently turns out that he didnt need the life changing medicine after all. Now looking at the whole situation from afar it turns out that everything happened as it was needed to. Posting on this thread will do more harm for your health than any confusion at the hospital lol

Question i have is...........Why is the op prescribing his own treatment? Perhaps the doctor only prescribes or gives out medicine to those that need it and perhaps you did not fall into that category?

A Thai massage which may well be therapeutic, would certainly not involve any oil. From my experience which is fairly extensive. There are 3 type of places. Girls in no uniform stood out side small place and offering 'massage services' no cashier and generally 3 or 4 girls. Here anything goes and a massage is probably the lesser chosen option. Full sex pretty much anything you want with as much noise as you want. Girls in uniform, at least 3 or 4 upto 15 girls, classy looking, foot massage chairs downstairs and rooms upstairs, has a cashier and possibly even a falang couple having their feet rubbed. Here there are two options, oil or Thai. Oil means there will be extras available, and any of the women area available, although its unlikely they will take their clothes off and full sex is an unlikely option. Thai means (firstly there will a be a look of dissapoitment on the massage girls faces if you take this option) as this involves some knowledge and not every girl will be put forward for this. You have to wear a robe and the chances of a 'tommy tank' are unlikely, full sex is pretty much off the cards. Health massage places to me seem like a bit of a scam and have often seen younger lads working in them, not sure what goes on in these and has not frequented them.

Interior ministry and police force declare war on drugs
ed strong replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Unfortunately Thailand's drugs / pills are just recycled through the system on a continuous loop. it will take some time for that link to do be withdrawn. America started a war on drugs 30 years ago and now there's more drugs available then ever. -
Security beefed up for APEC with Putin participating
ed strong replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Lets not be too harsh on the Thai leaders, all of the despots from the last 50 years have all had meetings or been entertained by leaders of western countries. There's always money and deals to be made and Thailand sees this as an opportunity not sure why anyone would be surprised, business is business at the end of the day. Majority of Thai people don't know or care about the war / invasion in Ukraine just as they are unaware of all the other atrocities that occur in other countries around the world on a daily basis, -
Ive lived there and will live there again but its the same old posters writing the same thing on this dual pricing. Ive never heard of anyone complaining about the prices in Thailand only on this forum from people who would probably never go to these parks even if the price was the same for everyone. Also i dont understand why people appear to think they have some sort of rights to the country that they have decided to live in. I just think most people really overlook the cultural differences between the countries ethics and ideals and think they have some sort of god given right to have the same respect and conditions as the national people. Ive seen people being disrespectful to Thailand and its conditions and trust me they wont necessarily call you out on it but be sure they will remember. It wont do you any favours.

Binance, Coinbase, Gemini, Crypto.com are the largest exchanges where you can buy crypto currencies, all work in Europe although in Thailand i'm not sure whats the best to set up. Centralized wallet just refers to keep your coins on the exchange you brought from, 'fine' with the big ones but smaller ones its better to withdraw to another wallet that you have control over. Personally i would only invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum but prices are pretty low all things considered. Coins like doge and chainlink could well go up and perhaps worth a punt.

I had about 6,000 thb taken from my shorts by some little kids whilst walking down walking street at 6am one morning. Luckily a Thai lady had seen the crime ( I was totally unaware that i had been pickpocketed) and after a short discussion i had my money back any was told by the Thai women that they were Cambodian kids. Weird thing is straight after the theft the kids just sat on the kerb, hence why i was able to get the money back from the kind lady that saw the theft.
