Why do so many people like Pattaya but hate Phuket?

I would choose Kho Phangan above both. No traffic or crowds -
Why is Thailand so terrible at sport?
Hummin replied to Yellow Fever's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Thai are "lazy" because they can allow themselves to be. They had easier life than most because of simple living standards, due to their climate, and no need to risk their lives to get food, and also store and maintain food resources. They have been wealthy compared to other countries and societies who literally had to fight for their existence. Thai more sabai sabai -

What is Bangkok famous for?

One night in Bangkok Bangkok, Oriental City But the city don't know what the city is getting The creme de la creme of the chess world In a show with everything but Yul Brenner Time flies, doesn't seem a minute Since the Tirolean spa had the chess boards in it All changed, don't you know that when you Play at this level there's no ordinary venue It's Iceland, or the Philippines, or Hastings Or, or this place One night in Bangkok and the world's your oyster The bars are temples but their pearls ain't free You'll find a god in every golden cloister And if you're lucky, then the god's a she I can feel an angel sliding up to me One town's very like another When your head's down over your pieces, brother (It's a drag, it's a bore, it's really such a pity To be looking at the board Not looking at the city) Whattaya mean? You've seen one crowded, polluted, stinking town (Tea, girls, warm and sweet, sweet Some are set up in the Somerset Maugham suite) Get Thai'd, you're talking to a tourist Whose every move's among the purest I get my kicks above the waistline, sunshine One night in Bangkok makes a hard man humble Not much between despair and ecstasy One night in Bangkok and the tough guys tumble Can't be too careful with your company I can feel the Devil walking next to me Siam's gonna be the witness To the ultimate test of cerebral fitness This grips me more than would a muddy old river Or reclining Buddha Thank God I'm only watching the game, controlling it I don't see you guys raging The kind of mating I'm contemplating I'd let you watch, I would invite you But the queens we use would not excite you So, you better go back to your bars, your temples Your massage parlors One night in Bangkok and the world's your oyster The bars are temples but their pearls ain't free You'll find a god in every golden cloister A little flesh, a little history I can feel an angel sliding up to me One night in Bangkok makes the hard man humble Not much between despair and ecstasy One night in Bangkok and the tough guys tumble Can't be too careful with your company I can feel the Devil walking next me. Why is Thailand so terrible at sport?

Genetics plays role, of course. Africans dominance in mny sports even they come from poor countries proves genetics have alot to say. Thai doesn't have a culture where they learn to push themselves to maximum performance long after they think they are done. It is something you have to learn to understand. When you think you do not have anything left to give and believe you are exhausted, you just started. Unfortunate the new generations in the west missing out to. -

Question on full faced helmets for women
Hummin replied to WingNut's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
I enjoy light modular helmets which are as quiet as possible even I use sound/noise canceling ear buds. And I found those two brands to fit my head, and have the quality I want for the price I'm willing to pay. Not to forget fit myglasses and sun glasses as well my ear buds. When buying helmets I bring my glasses, and ear buds, when buying glasses, I bring my helmet. -
After application, testosterone levels achieve their peak in ≈ 2–4 h, then decrease to pre-application levels at ≈ 12 h, broadly mirroring the natural diurnal rhythm of male testosterone. Testavan 2% gel also improved sexual, physical and mental functioning, fatigue and health-related quality of life. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/332340595_Testosterone_2_gel_TestavanR_TestarzonR_in_adult_male_hypogonadism_a_profile_of_its_use I find injections more convenient, and I use gel in Norway, because the only option here is Nebido, and my Dr do not want to give permission to inject myself on other T. Anyway, the gel type Testovan is much better than Testogel/Androgel in my opinion, especially used with the applicator.

The problem with male hormon gel and a partner it can transmit. Male fel hormon is better taken in the morning. Also to consider when applying gel and male hormon production The majority of the daily testosterone release in men occurs during sleep. Sleep fragmentation and obstructive sleep apnea are associated with reduced testosterone levels. In older men, morning testosterone levels are partly predicted by total sleep time https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4445839/

I have mixed up for sure, 2000 - 2004 I travelled Malaysia and China, my first year in Thailand was 2005. I always thought it was only 5mill visitors back then, but just in few years it was an dramatic change in tourists on places that was almost untouched in Krabi. First year you could kayak to smaller beaches and no long tail boats or cruise boat tourism.

Do you ever feel like a prisoner in Thailand?
Hummin replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
What finely pushed me over was this years heat, and the unclear situation around taxation of abroad transfers. Smoke and pollution I could avoid by moving around the worst times, but the heat killed it this year. Visa and 90 days is nothing compare to schengen visit and family reunion fees and paperwork. But at least she can work and earn money, from day one on family reunion. Have social security, and after 3 years (suggested to be 5 now) have permanent stay, and after 7 years total living together and married, can apply for citizenship. you have resided in Norway for the previous 3 years with your spouse or partner in order to apply for Norwegian citizenship; your marriage must have lasted at least 7 years, and so must your time spent in Norway; you must have had a residence permit for at least one year throughout the -
Which is the best airline to fly to Thailand?
Hummin replied to RolandRat's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
Any airline that flies direct flights! I really do not like stop overs. Especially not in UEA. Back in the days KLM used to be okay, not sure now, and for sure not found any decent tickets with them prices or schedule. Hopefully Thai Airways proves themselves again with price and schedule. -

Shark is an excellent helmets, but another price segment than what op asked I think. I go shark anytime but prefer Shoei bought in Europe, as well HJC -
If you are active, and stay hydrated, 17, is upper level, but still not, or should not be an issue if you do not have any other medical issues. At what time do you measure your HB? Morning and Fasting? At once you eat and drink you get "normal" levels. Try to stay hydrated 24 hours before you take nest bread test. Alchohol do also make you dehydrated, as well to much coffe, so be careful with that if you want to see an improvement. When on TRT it is recommended to exercise regularly.

My levels have been good after I started to move more, eat more decent, drink 4-5L clean water every day. Protein shakes and coffe not counted. My levels rised after a period of inactivity, and now I am around 15-16g/dl And I try to keep y T levels around 700- 1000ng/dl One pump made me down to 300ng/dl, now I'm doing 2 - 3 pumps. Testogel or androgel is same, just a different brand, and I really do not like it in hot climate like Thailand. Testovan is much better gel, but I prefer testoviron. Rotexmedica was also easy available in Thailand, not sure they changed name yet. Just stay away from underground labs, which is easily available everywhere in Thailand.

I use Testovan when in Norway, and Testoviron in Thailand. I haven't bought any for two years now, since I still have, so I'm not updated on which pharmacy's have stock. Last place I saw testogel/androgel, they wanted 3000,- baht for a box with 30 x 50mg sackets

Same reason for me, High Hemoglobin, and had no issues with proper hydration (4-5 l a day) walk one hour a day and work out with weights regularly using testoviron 250mg bayer enenthate every 17 - 21 days. Also easily available in Thailand.

We have practiced this for years already, and have experience by living and working abroad. Have nothing to do being on a high horse. Managing with a western thinking, expectations, methods and solutions is the main problem for most who fail, but by experience and willing to adjust, you can make something that actually works and will be sustainable.
