Flying time 90 minutes, 30 days visa exempt on arrival. Some find it great, Some other finds it ruinend, but ok food, and decent value for the money! -

Been to Puh Quoc a few times for visa run. It's ok for a few days, some love it, and some find it very destroyed! But great food, some great locations, great wine, horrible local coffe, except some few decent coffe shops. And decent value for the money. The cable ride was impressive. International airport, short flight, 30 days excemption visa on arrival

Trump found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records
Hummin replied to webfact's topic in World News
I do not disagree with you, but all depends who is the receiver of the propaganda! Be it Maga fans, South American countries, African, Middle East, Asian who still have an evil eye to Usa and former British Empire, they will embrace Russian propaganda with open arms. Next who will give best terms for the next century when it comes to business and stability? Meaning securing dictators and more totalitarian leaders and countries, and give them less obligations and terms, as well embargos to hinder them from developing stronger economies. -
Trump found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records

It goes both ways, so it is just which side you are born on, or which side you choose to believe. Growing up in Norway, it is easy to see both countries have its challenges when it comes to fair and honest propaganda, as well world extortion, but there is no doubt who we want as an partner in business and "crime". World politics make one choose the lesser evil for now! Can change in years if Trump comes to power! Just saying, Europe make precautions for Trump coming back, and he have very little trust and respect. Trump can actually push/force us closer to China as a end result after isolating Europe from US. Anyway, if Trump is not elected? What will his patriotic members do? How many private armies in US now? How fast are they growing? -

Read the news today, the Russians is shocked and angry of the plot against Trump! Sounds familiar? It's going to be used for all its worth in the propaganda war against the west! Kremlin says Trump's conviction is about White House 'elimination of political rivals', as Russian forces advance in Ukraine https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.abc.net.au/article/103921906 -
Would you buy a Farang Home?
Hummin replied to NorthernRyland's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Went to several "Falang" built villages in Hua Hin, where several options of ownership of the house was presented. Putting it in my gf name was an option as well. Well built villas with high western standards, and with the exchange rate back them, a fair price compared to now. However there is no way I could thrive on 600m2 land with no other view than the neighbours and the fencing wall. Also, I think I built on almost 4 rai land in my gf name a few years later, for 1/5 of the price, and no neighbours, of course thai style and labour work. I will never have to worry about selling it. But for those whos elderly, some of this foreigner agents do a good job, and serve good quality, and also help to make proper deals in decent run villages. You just need to to background checks, and find the right one. Personally I would not buy any project in Thailand, only finished villas, already run for a few years, so you know it is already have the necessary legal papers. -

The Creeping Influence of "Ruscism" and the Peril to Western Democracies
Hummin replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Still the alternatives is worse! A totalitarian controlled organ, you think is better than having more than two genders! Just think about what you feelis bad about today's system, you can say in public, write in social media with no consequences. You cant do that in Russia! -
Squishing a little bit harder, 12 new Us bases in Norway is an reality Cant really say I Im to exited about stronger presence of Us in Nordic territory, but for now they are still our allie for good and bad, or was it bad and good? Thinking of Lybia, and Afghanistan, for those failures we participated bravely in! If Putin uses Nukes, he knews it is suicide! + Sweeden, Finland and Denmark Nordic context Norway's SDCA with the US was signed in April 2021 and ratified by the Norwegian parliament in June 2022. In this winter's updated edition, only Appendix A has been changed to include new agreed areas – from four to twelve. The update followed Sweden, Finland, and Denmark's signing of bilateral defense agreements (DCAs) with the US in December. These correspond to the Norwegian-American agreement of 2022 but open up far more agreed areas: 17 in Sweden (of which four are in the North), 15 in Finland (of which five are in the North), and three in Denmark (none in Greenland or the Faroe Islands) Read more https://www.highnorthnews.com/en/norways-parliament-agrees-give-us-access-new-military-areas-north

Taxing times: Tourism Minister stands firm with 300 baht tourist tax
Hummin replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
and if you in transfer? How do the flight companies differ from those in transfer and those who actually go through imigration? I might have another flight out of country with another airline! Tourist tax is ok for me, and thats not the reason I will pull the plugg completely. Force me to pay tax for my transfer and have nothing in return, will make me pull the plugg for good. -
I know Bangkok anti age center, do have qualified dr's who can take necessary blood tests on you for 5k +- minus pluss dr fee 1200 or so. Just go to an lab, you need to know what to look for, and also know how the different blood tests connects and influence each other.

Have you done some blood tests regarding your hormones? You state clearly have, and if this have been a problem since your teens, what have doctors said? Have you been to a dr who specialize in hormones?

That's a clever punchline The mirror effect To many lonely bitter men sitting around trying to make an interesting life in Pattaya, and the only reason they are there, is because of the cheap P4P or pay for fun arena, especially the short time scene! Must be an empty life? You see, it is not hard to reply to general statements. It might hit a nerve with you, and therefore we will have this pissing contest going on longer than necessary -
I was bored out of my mind in Pattaya
Hummin replied to georgegeorgia's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Why should I ? Have you ever heard me complain about my wife or Thai women in general? If I am not happy, I have options, and know how to make changes. It is just your opinion that is so generally spoken based on men who are tied to their women, and seem to be stuck with them. A single minded opinion where you see everybody the same way! -
Bring my wife! 100% effective

I was bored out of my mind in Pattaya
Hummin replied to georgegeorgia's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I think it is okay to say Thailand gets boring living there 24/7 even though this is what people have dreamed about all their lives almost, if not for a decade or two. The reality of getting stuck in Thailand can be harsh for some when they realise it is not what they thought it would be. A decent lady with mutual respect for each other, who share some of your interests and values, can be great for some and make life better. -
