Is bitcoin a climate killing Ponzi scheme?
Hummin replied to Jingthing's topic in Cryptocurrency News
Yes they do when the price and timing is right. We talking about land and shares now right? Another thing, rich people often have better thefts to buy profitable land and stocks, because they can. Most foreigners in Thailand invest in projects that they get stuck with and when first have any buyers, they sell with loss. Seen that to much during my time in Thailand. What I can afford, is not worth it, because it doesn't have the location or premisses to increase in any near future or decades. Looks promising, but in most cases it is only that. It looks promising. -
Is bitcoin a climate killing Ponzi scheme?
Hummin replied to Jingthing's topic in Cryptocurrency News
Rich people buy low, sell high, they can sit back and have better resources to wait. Middle class often have to borrow money, and when it's going downhill, interest up, and we all know how it goes. -

Opinion: Stop spreading misinformation about marijuana, educate the public
Hummin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
What sorted my brain out was to use nothing else than putting my brain straight by using simple available techniques popular called cognitive sleep therapy, and exercise sleeping patterns. It took me some work, understanding and time, but well spent and haven’t had any problems sleeping for a long time now. Cognitive therapy can be used against other struggles as well. It also works for some sorting out what you eat, when you eat, how you think about your problems, different substances disturbs your sleep but for some others it works. As said we are all different, and we solve problems in different ways. Im sure for some cannabis is a great substance to have great life, but again, not for everyone, and thats my fear with hypes likes this, it makes more damage than good. And yes, I agree alcohol is a worse devil than cannabis, no doubt about it. -

For some it can help, and unfortunate not most who have mental health problems, but worsen their struggles. Quite tired of hypes that is nothing more than just hypes and people fall for it over and over, again and again. Yes it can be relaxing and funny, but is it really healthy, and does it solve any problems, or just give people a brake or timeout from the problem? And yes, I have experienced using it myself, and have friends who have been smoking all their grown up years. Very few have managed to have a normal predictable life, and most still have problems and even more after start using their magic stuff. Your choice what to spend time on, and what to do with rest of your life in Thailand. If used like a bottle of wine in the weekends, good, but still you change your brain slowly. -
Red plate at night - real world experience
Hummin replied to pazienza's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Red plates comes with rules, and if you do not apply for driving at night, you are braking the rule, and police might give you a warning, a ticket, but most likely thay do not care. If you have any accident, the insurance company might have something to say. However nothing is written in stone in Thailand, expect anything and everything, and try to be in the good side for your own sake. When we had new car, we drove through many provinces, but we logged every trip we did. We where never stopped, or did drive in the night, something I try to avoid in Thailand. Well, There is a small minor difference since many Russians have been left behind with the seperation of Soviet empire, and there have been easy to manipulate Russians feelings to believe the propaganda given by Putin, but remember BBC among more western media had several critical documentaries about Azov and other private armies in Ukraine harming Russians. Also the years of wide covering Ukraine as the most corrupt country in Europe, backed by Trump. Coincidence? Trump wanted to protect americans from dirty criminal Mexicans by invading and bomb the criminal cartels there, and also clean up the corrupt politicians, army and police!

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2022)
Hummin replied to CharlieH's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Skipped Billy the Kid for now, started on Peaky blinders season 6, wow, that is the best opening of season ever. Dark, deadly, intense, perfect scenes, music everything to catch the viewers from first second. I must say, the cinematic is perfect, and have kept the dark intense feeling from the very beginning. Raw cynical and violent -

Like this described here? Never done, or thought about, but I had a friends gf who where sick for years, and started with a healer who practiced similar to what described here, and from no respond or solution from other specialists and dr’s, he managed to get her back on feet and back to work again. Still going strong 20 years later sad been very productive tv and movie producer. So even I do not believe, why not if it help some few back on track. https://www.innerworkingsresources.com/node/257

Hummin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Many women travels Asia, and also living in Asia, especially in Krabi, Phuket and Surat Thanis islands. Khao Lake as well Quite a few women in Chiang Mai and more in Pai. Last condo I lived in Hua Hin, 10% was western women out of the Western men living there. You might not see them, since they do not hang out at typical western men favorite places but they are around, and more than you would think. ???? -
Majority of ASEAN NOW expat viewers want to remain in Thailand
Hummin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Why doesnt women post more on this forum? Thats a good question? Lets me see how many forum users talks nice about local women here, and especially those “fat ugly gals” back home? If you state positive things about women her, then the majority of the users who reply, have something negative to say and argue. I believe one to ten is positive about women who are active and reply or make topics. This fora is not exactly a positive fora of men, for men and by men. Negativity rules the forum.
