Hilton used to have one, but havent been there since 2007. I think it is still there, and aften Binta bab closes, everyone who still up gor party goes the the bars underneath the entrance. Never really understood where it is exactly, due to been so toxicated those two times I have been there. Just remember alot of girls.

The rain season is not so good, and got stung by jellyfish a few times before I gave up my morning swim. The morning walk on the beach is great, and meet regulars and also managed to get a few dates when I was still single with a few morning birds. Hua Hin gets boring after awhile to, but can be a great base not to far from Bangkok, Suan Phueng, Kanchanaburi, and great base to travel south by car. Not to forget the train will give great uppertunities at once it is running as planned.

Extremism goes both ways, and why miss out on good quality food be it fresh vegetables, fruit, berries, pasta,,,, with more like legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds. Of course it has an impact on the environment when we are constantly getting more people on this planet, and also getting taller and fatter, and consuming more calories, which need more land. We are like ants, who use all our available nearby resources and need to find new territories and new resources, go to war, and are also forced to change behaviour and find new solutions. You would be amazed how much common human beings and ants share when it comes to structural, social, defence and war behaviour. Some wonder why we are heading towards a more controlled forced government again?

could it be excessive abuse of alchohol? combined with lack of behavior and social skills. It is a cultural thing, same in Spain, if it is a streetfight in the bar districts, you bet there is a brit involved.

any statistics ? I believe brits are on top of the statistics of stupid crimes often, but more serious crimes I believe other countries is ahead.

I do not feel that way, it is easy to read between the lines. But, if life was perfect for all of us, non of us would spend time here. That's truth. Just been stuck here between essential questions you once had, and might have in future, but to be true, never got a decent answer here from anyone except Ubon Joe and Sheryl I could not find myself other places. So why still hang around? For news? Discuss the wide opinions the different members have on the world views? Discuss with people who never opened one religious book, history book, choose carefully news channels who fit their views? Discuss for hours and days even it will not change anything. Finding something interesting to do, and make healthy routines is the most essential for a happy life, and also have somebody to care for, and somebody who care for you! Simple as that, still so difficult for many. Biatching about what is boring and who is happy or not, is just pure supidity. For some, just have a morning coffe, read the news at their table at that coffe shop in peace and quiet, see people passing by, is a good start for many. Why should anyone tell them, that is not good enough? What you find interesting, fun and believe is a good life, can be totally boring and wrong for others. Give people some respect, earn respect back

Define great life? Have everything in life I wanted and needed. I have reached all my goals in life with good margin. Little bit ups and downs as life went on, but the downs it made me stronger in the end, and more greatful for the life I have now. Then someone online here claims Im not happy, go figure

Some truth in that, but I feel there is several different groups here, but those who are constantly posting new threads, and complaining, I do not think have a great life. The key is to stay positive through the bull pie storm, and look at the bright side of it even surrounded with to much negativity, and never give in for deleted opinions or grumpy men. The negativity some spewing out, might feel like a boost for others to, so? I mean, you apprecitate what you have more because of the negativity others feel and experience.

Well, for some that is great, but for others, it is okay to climb the lather and have the experience of starting from zero, for som eit is of great value especially when you later start your own company, and other businesses 😉

The same happenend to us, do not remember what we ending up paying, but it was not to much. I think I made a thread here about it just to ask if someone else experienced the same.

Personally I would do if I had a kid, and someone did this to my child, second, I still do not understand the point of your post connecting this to a world phenomen thing, it happens everywhere? Countries like Thailand have been a magnet to child abusers, and good to see some actions is being done by the locals and hope they continue to good work

Never experienced crime against me or my family in Norway or Thailand. Have seen some foreigners being beaten up in tourist areas, and non of them was sober. So, my best guess, they where drunk and stupid. Seen a few Thais in fights against each other. The useally more than 2 against one style! Heard the neighbour wife of my parents in law got beaten up by her husband. children of alcholics and yaba users fail to take care of their kids, which is the worst crime of all in my eyes, not being able to protect their kidsk, and nobody do anything. The worst thing about Thailand, nobody do anything, and everybody mind their own business. Cant say anything and not do anything, and those who should be there to protect you, do nothing. Talking about the police and other instances who should protect their own population from themselves and others.
