  1. Good morning ???? How was the party ????
  2. One Heineken Zero while I mounted my wall bracket for my new tv in the gym. Cheers and good night ????
  3. Just saying, fake shock is a huge problem in Thailand, and many riding with fakes and would never know unless someone told them. Check certified dealers prices, and see how much different there is to your lazada or local shop.
  4. Just had a quick look, and I would not even bother. Go to a decent local scooter shop with someone who can translate and help you to get something better than that crap there. Check out Yss web page, and plot in your scoot model and year and see what they have for you https://www.yss.co.th/th/ Many other cheaper brands to, but to much fake around, so know what you are buying
  5. I rather go to Black Canyon than ever visitanother Starbucks in my life. Maybe an Amazon, but then I rather go for the 7/11 coffe bag in a cup, just add water. Fresh grinded Robusta Arabic blend from Makro make my day, but will look in to Richard Smiths recommendations above?
  6. A good start at the day is 15 min walk, stretces and a few light exercises in the gym before coffe and breakfest. Im more happy with daily life routines in Thailand, get up in the morning like I would if I was working, and same for bedtime and weekends. 3 hours 5 days working out, and a few hours work at the farm every day makes me more happy, than live at any tourist destination like it was a holiday 24/7 364 days a year. Keep a controlled balanced diet throughout the week, and one or two days in the weekends with whatever I want, except junk or processed food. Clean food, little sugar, no sweeteners, except stevia. And also go holidays like normal people do for a week or two.
  7. Long term treatment medicaments for depression have been in many cases proved to be both lethal and toxic physically and mentally. Medicine for mental illness is still try and fail when it comes to long term, and need careful follow up during years, and are no quick fix. If you have followed the science behind mental treatments you would had been a bit more enlightened when it comes to placebo, and not only placebo for psychiatric patients, also for other cases in medicine. If you are interested some quality google searches on clinical studies placebo.
  8. You got some reading to do Vitamin D Vitamin B ,,,,,, Lithium water, Lithium oretate can work Omega have multiple researches who prove it works, and a few can work Placebo have pier viewed researchers it can work. In critical phases for those who needs it, approved medicine is for many needed.
  9. In the critical phases placebo will not work, and professional help and medication needed. Not every depression leads to acute suicidal behavior. Suicidal thoughts yes, but not necessarily critacal for impulsive action. To be true, I have been more calculating suicidal outside my worst episodes. When depression hits you, you are not avle to do anything, else than just observe time passing by.
  10. I also said no to medicine treatment, even the pushed hard on me to accept. Finely knowing what I struggled with, was a relief, and I could gather tools to work with to prevent the worst downfalls.
  11. Many things can work against depression that is not medical medicine, and I also believe in the placebo effect. But most important to prevent depression is what you eat, what you do, and not do, what you think. And also know, depression will ease at a time and you have another chance to do the right things before the next one.
  12. Who can really claim they being Normal in this world? It is a really sick world out there, and it helps to paint it brighter with a new pencil day by day.
  13. I prefer a farmer lady, nice good smile, eady going, who is a good chef, know where to find vegetable, fruit, mushrooms in the jungle , polite, speak nice, and thankful for what she have. And also enjoy live jazz and comfortable at fine dining with wine. Be able to make up if anything before bedtime. +Good chemistry
  14. If low testosterone is the reason to your depression it can help, but trt can have side effects if not managed properly, so better check with some specialists, and not just a dr. If only taking trt, and do not eat well and healthy, get enough quality sleep, and enough exercise, it might not give you the results you want. No matter what medication or specialists it will always take self help and effort to make a change. Not forget willing to make changes.
  15. If on diet, you better have a few eating days when visiting Marriot Queens Park
  16. I would like to say this is a very productive tread with many good contributions. Afterall we have our own experiences only, and what we have choosed to read and how or what we have understood. The greatest thing is to talk about it, and seek help, and the ball might start rolling in the right direction. Adjustments is often the key, and willing to sacrifice socalled quick fixes, like substances that you think make you happy, but really worsen your condition on the long term. Be it junk food, sugar, nicotine, alchohol, drugs, laziness when you are not to sick to not do something, and hide under the blanket until it goes away. Leaarn to know when it starts and prevent it escalate. Easy to say, but my experience, and it took me also 47 years to finely understand what was wrong with me, and what I needed to do. Looking back, Im still great fully for the experiences, because I know now I do not need to chase the next fix in life, be it a mountain, brake a new record or more money! Find your triggers that moves your mood from one end to another, and find the right balance. As said, it is easy to be expert on yourself, but for other people, not
  17. Pure logic to use your own experiences only!

    Thank you https://s.lazada.co.th/s.kPyBA
  20. And consistently keep the same quality over many years. Many restaurants I have visited for being excellent first time, but next time a disaster. In the same soi, you have No Idea, which have a great ala carte menu, and wine cellar. Also sell cheese and sausages there. Also consistent over the years.
  21. You see a picture and you know her situation? Fantastic,
  22. Agree on every step except cold showers, I know many swear to it, but not for me. I did swim in ocean or lakes until Christmas time in Norway before after kayaking or hiking a mountain, but cold showers, I never forced me to do. I would add quit as much sugar as possible, sweeteners and alcohol. Little fruit is okay.
  23. Thats the easy and logic answer, but a bit more complicated than that. Depression can involve many triggers from chronic illness to triggers a person do not have control of, as well unstable changing hormones, and many combinations. But you can make a difference to mentor yourselves to think different when you are not depressed to prevent new depressions, but then you need to understand depression and know how it acts, and when the depression is in the first stage.
