I found a nice studio central in Hua Hin at Condochain. Old <deleted>ty building but it had Great balcony and Great view. One of the best prospects I looked at back in time before I decided not to invest in any condo in Thailand. There is several old condominiums that is worth checking out in the area if studio with feeling of larger room and large balconies. Myself happy to live without neighbour's outback in Isan for now, but later, it might be more realistic with Bangkok Hospital and blueport as closest neighbour's ???? We all do stupid things in life be it one way or the other. Sometimes we just have to roll the dices and say F it! Anyway, I put my money on proper safety gear, tires, brakes and insurance and try to minimize what possible can go wrong, and not to do to many stupid things at the same time, and be ignorant on it. Well, at least I can do my share of the safety aspect on it, the rest is up in other hands.
