  3. With some few exercises you like, and maintain a positive attitude and brain health, together with right nutrition, you have a good chance to improve and maintain good overall health. But very few are willing to quit alchohol and sugar or trying to improve anything about their lifestyle

  10. Even if everything is done properly, peer review is not infallible. If authors fake their data very cleverly, for example, then it may be difficult to detect. Deliberately faking data is, however, relatively rare. Not because scientists are saints but because it is foolish to fake data. https://theconversation.com/when-to-trust-and-not-to-trust-peer-reviewed-science-99365
  11. Peer reviews, means other scientists have done their own research, maybe used different numbers and methods, to prove the very same results, and if can not, then try again, but if it matches then it is good science. So if you can not trust peer reviewed science, we are in trouble, but still, common sense is still valid, until it is proved wrong, When it comes to diet, it is a though matter, since our bodies are adjustable when it comes to periodic changes in nutrition, but again, our bodies if we are "normal" need a balanced diet with balanced nutrition, and how we feel, does matter when we eat something, and we are also corrupted by what we think, and what a group we identifie us with, as well placebo
  12. If it is peer reviewed, it can be something, or?

  16. I use only phone, and why I did not check any other alternatives was because AIS came out with the best coverage in our area, and they did actually deliver the first two months. My wife have the same, so we have the same problem now.
  17. I cant take people like you online seriously, but, the sad thing, creatures like you do exists, and the very same reason why there is a marked of young girls and boys. There is no way I am going to discuss such matters with you. I just want you to know, you are wrong
  18. I spent a few years in Portugal skydiving, and as a skydiver, you frequently experienced skydivers, who for some reasons had to use their hospitals, and you also have comparisson pages that measure different parameters when it comes to social security, healthcare so you can pick a few and compare them up against each other. Portugal is one of the cheaper, but not so effective compared to Spain, where I have family living. Subjective based opinion might be, but there is as said plenty of different sources to pick from https://www.statista.com/topics/9017/global-health-care-systems-comparison/#editorsPicks https://www.numbeo.com/health-care/compare_countries_result.jsp?country1=Thailand&country2=Portugal https://www.numbeo.com/health-care/compare_countries_result.jsp?country1=Spain&country2=Portugal https://www.numbeo.com/health-care/compare_countries_result.jsp?country1=Portugal&country2=France

Im not there at the moment, but the last month or 3 weeks, it seems they hav limited our quality or speed, so now we are back at the same problem we had before with True and Dtac, but we had good speed up longer with AIS, than any other company. Since I only need data sim for my phone, is there any good solutions for data sim only? and where to buy ? will need sim tomorow after I arrive Airport
  22. Private hospitals in the major cities and tourist places is on pair if not better than Thailand in Portugal and Spain, but the government health care if that is important, I would had chosen France above every other Eu country. They score high on the most except friendlyness 😄 A smaller fishing village would be a good base for a long stay in EU, and as said above, at once in Eu, you are free to travel all over Eu included EEA
