The problem in Thailand and many other developing countries is that students are taught to operate the vehicle, they are not necessarily taught to drive. Things like road sense, anticipation, reading the road etc. just don't get the attention they should.
Even 5 hours of training should be enough, if performed on actual roads with a decent instructor.
TELL me WHERE DOES ONE GET AN INSTRUCTOR who IS QUALIFIED ???

could be how Yingkuk re enters Thailand !!!!????

Just when the dumb and dumber thought they got the lead on her seeking UK asylum, she got to muddle up their thoughts and include German and France. It must be exhausting and taxing for those nitwits to re-think and come up with another silly comment.
WHY do not the SPIES know what she is applying for and where she is??

THOUGHT he had SPIES checking on her whereabouts....or have HIS spies defected???

online and mail order medicine is actually illegal in Thailand, but if you have been to their store and they're providing a service by 'refilling' a prescription to a known client that has been diagnosed is okay, just calling them up and asking for certain medicine to be sent over is illegal as far as the law is concerned.
How much of these law is policed? the penalty is on the pharmacy not you so if it's convenient and cheap, I don't see why not.
A better source of shops that would 'refill' your prescription by mail is opposite Siriraj hospital in Bangkok, there are rows of them selling wholesale price
yu are correct about all the chemists near Siriraj......very competitive prices from most of them..I know because I used to go there every 3 months to the hospital for check ups

why should UK government help some one like this guy.....money would be spent on booze and cigs.
Perhaps he should give up the booze and cigs and start a new life over again

SAME FOR UK LOTTERY when it first came out in 1995 it was stated that the chance of winning was 14 million to one......even so there is JUST that chance one could win big money so worth buying a ticket in my opinion

It's not gambling, that's illegal.
The government decreed the lottery isn't gambling, but a "game of chance", to justify it to raise money.
SO WHAT IS ROULETTE....BLACKJACK....CRAPS.....ALL A GAME OF CHANCE !!!

And dangerous. Complete waste of money and time invested in this track which would be awesome if enforced. I literally stopped nose to nose with a car last week and he was forced to drive up an embankment to get around me. I just stared in amazement at the balls of this guy. Momentum is constantly interupted and one must stop and start again and again. Frustrating to no end. I just got video glasses to record it. I'm gonna start posting videos of these nuts.
quite right to do so but I think it will get you nowhere in the lawless country

I can't even ride my bike in the dedicated bike lanes in a public park (Suan Luang, Phuket) without pedestrians, motorbikes and cars coming at me head on, on the well marked one way path. Someone thought they were gonna let people with bikes have lanes on a real roadway?? Fire that guy immediately.
it is dispicable for this to happen

Didn't he say I will tell you right after the elections?
am sure he said "could not say where she was until after the verdict" I might be wrong...
we will have to check previous reports.
This is from Pattayaonenews dated 27th September
“I know where Yingluck is”, claims Thai PM Prayut
Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha is claiming that he knows exactly where Yingluck is, but will not tell anyone until after the courts verdict for charges against her.
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha claimed on Tuesday that he knew where former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra is, but he would make the disclosure after the court has delivered the verdict against her
-
a few days ago Prayut said HE knew whee she was....but could not say until after the verdict.
So when will he now tell all where she is??
