I watched season 1 of Blue Lights and enjoyed it, but seem to have missed out on season 2. Complete season 2 pack is on LimeTorrents and TPB, complete season 3 pack is on Limetorrents and TheRARBG. and possibly other sites.I've just finished season 1 of Berlin Station and thought it was very good. I've just started season 2 and have season 3 to watch after that. It was recommended by @LosLobo earlier in this topic.
