    hi, new in from Europe....

    where can I buy a bong and some weed? Or can I buy a ready rolled joint? currently staying in an airbnb so don't want the landlady to think I'm a dope head, just wanna try a few of the 'flavors' over here to see how it compares to the frogland homegrown

    that's an app, you don't need an app on a proper computer.......just go direct to the website www.speedtest.net

    unfortunately the whole world is in 'app hell' nowadays because of dumbos glued to mobile phones and totally horrendous operating systems made by Microsoft......it's a CONsumer hellhole out there ????

    have you got a proper pc or a laptop? you need to plug a 'network cable' from your 'proper computer' into one of the yellow sockets labelled LANx on the router to properly test the connection speed......capiche?

    i'm not an expert on water but for me the simplest solution is to buy large bottles for drinking/cooking ie those 10/20 litre bottles and have one of those standalone 'water cooler machines'........then you only need other water for your sink, toilet and shower.........which is not a helluva lot in my case ????

    PS the well can pump into a 'pressurized container' that was my setup, it was only about 150-200 litres I think......it was in the cellar

    ok interesting, I've got a well at my place in france.......not sure my priority would be to use solar to power the pump for the well.......why not just collect rainwater as stage 1 and then power an electric pump to get water out the well when your rainwater runs dry? I can understand you wanting solar and some new fangled batteries but then you just power the house, pump, etc from the batteries/mains as appropriate......

    how much are solar panels over here? in france you get a 400watt panel for about 175 euros, so 2kw of panels is not a lot of dosh nowadays.....and 2kw is loads in my book.....guess it depends how many air con units you need to run though......everything else seems to take naff all power

    what's the going rate? I have been tempted to get one from top to bottom of Silom Road but I find the exercise quite invigorating and/or challenging after drinking too much iced coffee ????.......I'm surprised some of the 'fatter passengers' don't fall off when they haven't even bothered to get their 'leg over'......

    ok cheers, understand a bit more now.......what forms do I need to fill in if I want to apply for non O retirement and can I apply before having to stick all that money 800K baht? in a bank account? OR can I get around the bank account deposit another way?

    hi, I'm now in Thailand, got the 45 day visa on arrival last week, UK passport holder

    Can i now do extra 90 days using TM7 form?

    just get the hotel to print it out?

    do I need to go to the office in Nonthaburi or is there another one closer to Silom Road?

    oh & what happens to the visa if I leave next month for a month or 2 and come back?
