Has anyone used Friendly Thai Visa’s airport safe entry service? Only real experiences plz
Exactly. Also given they had ED visa the 8k per person quoted is on the money. If just visa exempt overload that would have been maybe 4500b. Live and learn. Your suggestion is best option.

Your posts make zero sense. The use of border run company would have been bounce from Thailand to eg Cambodia border. OP did not do that. Move on.

My agent failed to inform me that I cannot file my 90 days report later than 7 days
All is fine if online works. If in person report is required as the case now after travel aboard then for many it can be major task if have mobility issues and dealing with eg the size of CW or long drive in other examples.

Discussed in this thread after several posts. https://aseannow.com/topic/1345519-safe-entry-services-bkk-airport/ @thai006 did you use the company mentioned by OP with positive review? OP where are you currently located?

Often suggested and yes the fine will be same. 2000b Personally I would suggest you do it prior to extension esp if due several months away.

Retirement Visa/Overstay
The big if is can the agent have immigration accept his overstay pay fine and process a 12 month extension. If not he needs to exit Thailand via air and pay fine. If that happens he would receive overstay stamp in pp. That's where the link in @OJAS comes into play.

Tourist METV Usage Question up to 269 Days
Yes it's clear you understand how a visa works. It has an issue date and enter by "until date" So for a single entry eg Non O it has a period (90 days) that you can used it to enter Thailand. Even if you entered on last "untill date" You would be stamped in for 90 days. Your visa is a multi entry. Yes by applying tad early you miss out on max period possible in Thailand. Being multi entry you receive a 60 day stamp every entry while visa is valid. By entering Thailand Dec 13 or prior (I would do min Dec 12) you will be stamped in for 60 days. As you are aware you can also obtain 30 day extension to the 60 for 1900b

My agent failed to inform me that I cannot file my 90 days report later than 7 days
No offense however even if using agent for eg extension you need to make yourself aware of "90 day reporting" It can be done Online In person Via post. Yes you can use an agent. However onus is on you to be aware of when it's due. A simple Google search will direct you to gov sites and some others such as Siam Legal. Also video guides. Aside: folk using online reporting should NOT rely on reminders. Enter due date and Window open date on your Google Calendar

Tourist METV Usage Question up to 269 Days
Yes you need to enter prior to Dec 13 in order to be stamped in for 60 days. Provide your eVisa print out to immigration to make clear you are entering on the METV and not visa exempt

Yes you will pay a fine 2000b. As for "is it the agents fault".... No it's your fault for not being the least interested in keeping an eye on the ball game.

multiple Reentry permit
What's that even mean. The OP wants to obtain a multiple reentry permit. The requirements outlined in thread. Basic minimum is TM8 + Photo + docs mentioned. Or obtain at airport with pp + 200b The reentry permit is stamped into passport.

Docs for extension of permission to stay based on original Non-Imm OA visa
Bank letter valid for 7 days. As is 12 month bank statement. Get a new one The other option would be to attend CW early with a walk in with (cancel appointment) bank letter and statement with max 7 days old.

Retirement Visa/Overstay
Yet you go on to then outline how you got caught out. Suggest anyone with less than a year validity remaining on pp do a renewal as soon as schedule permits. Why not just enter dates onto Google Calendar with reminder. 90 day reports can be made between up to 2 weeks prior to due date and One week prior.

Question about changing from Money in the Bank to Income Method for Retirement EOS
As you now have extension based on income you will have no problem continuing with that option. For myself the main concern is if the WISE transfers to my Kasikorn account will show as international transfers. One solution is obtain "credit advice" Another I read on this forum is to ask the 12 month bank statement to be in Thai language. The suggestion is that if this is done the coding translates to "money from abroad" Do not know if this is factual.

Question about changing from Money in the Bank to Income Method for Retirement EOS
I am also. However will stick with the plan to satisfy both methods come time for next extension (Oct) If they muck me around as per your friend experience then I will accept the extension based on money in bank and after that use an agent

Retirement Visa/Overstay
Unless the agent was just hand holding exercise he should/would be aware that after using agent facilitated extension it is virtually impossible to DIY and would need to use agent ongoing. Apart from overstay mistake seems he failed to do TM30 (change of address) at new office. Even if not in overstay the new office would not process extension.

Retirement Visa/Overstay
Thanks for update. Not sure what an agent can do for him. Did he use agent for current extension? Also you didn't mention the immigration office he is returning to. My advice would have been to exit Thailand and pay overstay on exit at airport. Hopefully reenter visa exempt. However not sure how his only one page in pp will hold up. Both with immigration and airlines. Suggest his ordeal far from over. Let's us know how he gets on.

Question about changing from Money in the Bank to Income Method for Retirement EOS
No. For the two months prior to next extension the balance does not need to go back up to 800k...however... IMO best to take it back up to 800k just in case they reject something regarding the monthly transfers. The only negative is they may try to push you to continue with money in bank method. I'm Just covering all bases
