What do I need on arrival at Suv?
The OP mentioned previously he used visa exempt entry and onward flight. From the OP.... "I don't have a visa and am a US citizen." The post above yours confirms that indeed onward flight can be required for airline at departure.

You can obtain rent a ticket at companies such as "onwardticket.com" ....$12 USD. The onward flight may be required by airline at departure..

Many have been asked by airline if flying visa exempt. Your point......

Visas for a snowbird
In your opinion. There are better options posted in this thread. I put METV last on list. The OP indicates ongoing plan to spend up to 9 months per year ongoing. For ONE or 2 years METV could be an option. Even then better options than METV

Thailand Privilege Card (Formerly Thailand Elite)
Please explain "new tax incentive" Along with "surprise tax package"

Thailand Privilege Card (Formerly Thailand Elite)
Perhaps I'm missing something. You already have a PE Visa and are commenting on less attractive new packages. Folk can elect to buy or not.

Non-O multiple entry (Savannahket)

Need a new visa to stay in thailand. Want to know if Phnom Penh or Ho Chi Minh is better embassy
I went through few steps after reading your post that it was difficult. Seemed to work OK ... My last eVisa using that link was for a single entry 30 day tourist visa Feb of this year. Applying for a multiple entry 90 day TV in couple of weeks, so hoping the process is as simple as it was previously.

Re-entry Permit. Suvarnabhumi Airport??
You are worrying over nothing. The reentry permit desk is after security desk and just prior to passport control. It's bullet proof. In this pic the red rectangle is the permit desk. Note the "2" on sign above. Hells bells man ask airport staff if in doubt.

Where at Suvarnbhum or Don Meoung do you get the multiple entry permit ?
Yes. Use Zone 2. Old thread but still applies. https://aseannow.com/topic/1221641-re-entry-permit-suvarnabhumi-airport/

Certificate of residence in english from immigration?
Not that I'm aware of. Can't understand why you would want it in English.

Where at Suvarnbhum or Don Meoung do you get the multiple entry permit ?
At BKK airport office located Zone 2 left side. After security check and prior to passport control (immigration) At DMK the office is just past immigration (pp check) 3800b multi and 1000b single entry. At BKK airport they offer service of fill in TM8 and photo etc 200b It's a quick process however allow some extra time. You can obtain reentry permit at your immigration office.

Travel after submitting extension of marriage extension
The OP may not be aware of 60 day extension to visit wife. That could enable him to push back application for extension. He may even think that it's a simple option to travel out of country during under consideration period. Hence not considering option to change his dates. If it's urgent/pressing reason then immigration may facilitate early application for extension. As I mentioned...point me to one post of yours in this thread that contributes.

90 Day Report Question
Yes. In future try online report.

Visas for a snowbird
You seem aware of your options. IMO, since you imply that this will be ongoing plan..... The METV will become tiresome at some point. Depends on travel habits. Would suit me fine as I enjoy trips to Saigon. For some it's a pain. Good thing about Pattaya is several good agents and certainly an option. Maneerat is often recommended. If you do the process yourself Jomtien has few issues if you enter visa exempt and apply for non O. These are mentioned in attached thread @Red Phoenix post. Assume that you already have a Thai bank account in your name only. In some countries you can apply for ME Non O (retirement) UK being one example. https://aseannow.com/topic/1297092-non-o-visa-retirement-purpose/

Travel after submitting extension of marriage extension
As mentioned earlier the OP should discuss with immigration office. The 60 day extension if he has not already used it would enable him to shift his window for extension. Best option. Even better is to change travel dates and obtain extension prior to travel.

Travel after submitting extension of marriage extension
Just one time try and post something that assists the OP.

Need a new visa to stay in thailand. Want to know if Phnom Penh or Ho Chi Minh is better embassy
I used this.... Vietnam evisa - National portal on Immigration https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/trang-chu-ttdt The only think that I'm aware of aware of is that August 15 the multi entry 90 day visa was added to list of options. Prior to covid that was available. When eVisa was introduced only SETV 30 days was available. I had quick look at link posted just now and seems the same. I best apply as I'm going to Saigon next month..

Immigration coming to home to confirm I live here.
Perhaps not for you however in many cases they did. Research.

Immigration coming to home to confirm I live here.
IMO a circus. First up imposing on neighbors is a joke. Assume you give the witnesses a tip. Just a rubbish requirement imo

90 days online close to due date and still pending
Read my earlier post. You are the guy I was referring to from posts re CW. I cancelled report after several days "pending" and re submitted. Finally did report in person last day of grace period. Questioned the IO... Her reply.,.."wait 15 day for approval"

Money in the Bank Method
Which immigration office? Many offices do it for free. I sort of agree with you in the sense that if my io insisted on 500b, I would just go along with it. Similar to some offices charge for certificate of residence and some do not. "Go with the flow" works for small change.
