it seems to me he was right up in the policemans face straight away, aggresive behaviour will get you nowhere in thailand and rightly so, he's obviously not happy with the outcome so i would expect him to be on the next available flight home, where he can report it to the local press and tell his countrymen what it is like in thailand.

Only two people were caught, a woman and a guy from UK.

 

From the video, only the guy sprayed but not the other two guys who were just playing around. There is a woman who just watched him spray , I am not sure whether she will be charged too...

the only thing of substance is the fact her phone and cards were stolen,  but their doesnt seem to be a lot of interest in this, unless she found them ???
