  12. Jonathan Head @pakhead · A double standard here. The judge is lenient with the 2008 airport occupiers as they were non-violent - yet caused huge economic damage. 15. Exactly. Like many threads, only one simple answer is required as Jack has stated above.
  16. You're certainly eating all the right kind of food. Just to add, Bananas are very high in potassium so watch you total input. Farmhouse whole grain bread is excellent for vitamins B1,2,3 and 9, calcium, iron and of course 6g of protein for two slices. Lite tuna would be an excellent choice for a topping in a sandwich with say cucumber or peppers. Greek yogurt would be my choice for protein and calories.
  17. It's not only the numbers but also the accident location. There's something not quite right here. I believe Admin are covering for this so called GeorgieGeorgie or is it George?

  23. In another bizarre turnaround by the government, Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said allowing pubs, bars, and clubs to remain open until 4 a.m. does not necessarily mean an extension of drinking hours. He explained that extending the opening hours without extending the drinking hours would enable people to sit and socialize for a longer duration. Anutin also said non-alcoholic beverages can still be served, and other services will remain operational for extended periods, potentially leading to the creation of more job opportunities. https://twitter.com/ThaiEnquirer/status/1720753182585008466
