According to normal procedures, he will then be transferred to court to request an order for his detention before being sent to prison, most likely to the Bangkok Remand Prison, Aryut said. Thaksin is facing up to 10 years in jail for multiple cases in which he was convicted by the Supreme Court. He said the charges were politically motivated. https://twitter.com/ThaiEnquirer/status/1684147060340293634

  18. Thai Enquirer @ThaiEnquirer Pheu Thai leader Chonlanan Srikaew clarified that they are not pushing the Move Forward Party out of the 8-party coalition. They are simply checking the stances of parties outside the coalition without asking them to join. The press conferences with external parties are part of their transparent negotiation process. They will discuss the answers received with their coalition partners before deciding the next steps. This approach is part of the 8-party coalition's three-option strategy to form the government, including gaining votes from senators and external parties to reach the required 375 votes. https://twitter.com/ThaiEnquirer/status/1683032811387916288
