Although he is heir to the throne, Prince William will not automatically become Prince of Wales - that will have to be conferred on him by his father. The Thai national flag at Government House is lowered to half-mast today (Friday), as Thailand expresses condolence for the passing of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II.
