The courts imprison people, not the AG/DA. The clear distinction is either one you are ignorant of, now corrected, or willfully ignore. DA/AG prosecutes law breakers as per job requirement. Candidate for office of President proposes changes to the law that would remove legislation that you yourself argue is on the wrong side of history. There is zero conflict between these two unless of course you are willfully ignorant of the duties of a DA/AG.

She’s on the wrong side of history for wanting to legalize a drug she didn’t legislate to make illegal? Or are you criticizing her for upholding the law when it was her job to prosecute people who broke the laws that she did not legislate into being?

These teenagers who have been radicalized are by definition under twenty years old, and can’t reasonably be considered to have any understanding of the wider world before they were perhaps ten years old. So by your argument this disaffection with Government and your usual bogeyman ’the left’ must have occurred in the last nine or ten years, less than 4 months of which is under the current Government. It seems the blame can be found in the period 2014 -2024. Once again you misrepresent the truth regarding people being imprisoned for posting content online that breaches the law. You have had misrepresentation of the truth on this matter explained to you many times, with links to actual court rulings, actual laws broken and the full text of those laws.
