    Agree, but it’s not just the affordability of housing and wages. Work place benefits have been slashed since the 1980s. Final salary pensions, secure contracts of employment and the first step on the ladder that many young people had access to, real apprenticeships. And of course student grants. Young people today are loaded with costs, risks and uncertainty we older generations never faced.

    It’s a big tell when you can’t deal with a member’s comment and therefore resort attempting to deny the validity of a member’s comments on the basis of what you imagine to be their nationality. I haven’t changed my concern for the well being of Americans one iota, on the other-hand you have. Sorry for pointing out your about face on inflation and the cost of living for millions of Americans. How’s the price of eggs?

    Good for you, without batting an eyelid you vacate your anger over inflation. Not so good for millions of Americans already struggling to pay their bills, put food on the table, clothes on their children’s back and a roof over their head.
