    I'm a fan of steam room more than dry sauna. The gym I go to has both steam and dry sauna, so nice after a workout. If no gyms in your area offer this then building your own would be nice. https://sauna.in.th/

    The most pristine beach and ocean I've been to is Diego Garcia. But these days I make do with the eastern side of the Gulf here in TL.
